Bannatyne Lodge Care Home is excellent I can't say a bad thing about it. The food and drink is excellent and is very clean. The rooms are spot on. I wouldn't wish for better management or staff they take my wife for showers and do her, hair blow dry it too, and the management and staff even come in
the rooms to see if you are alright or want anything. I couldn't fault them one bit.

All the time my husband has been at the home, everyone has been excellent to him and the care they have given him has been great. I did work in care 10 years ago and this home is one of the best I have been in. The staff are caring and understanding, nothing is too much for them. They put the resident
first before anything. They care for both resident and family.

Very friendly home. Staff always smiling and happy. Always lots of activities for them to do. The cook always makes fresh dinners and lots of vegetables.

The home has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff are very approachable and advice is given freely if asked for. There are lots of activities ie. bingo, dominos, trips to costa coffee, hairdressing service on hand weekly. Rooms are clean and airy.

Bannatyne Lodge is a lovely place to come and visit residents. It's kept clean, tidy and always has a lovely smell as you walk around. All staff are lovely, friendly and polite who also look after the residents fabulously. My mam has been here for nearly one year and loves it here.

As a Health Care Professional, Julie has many years of experience in providing care and support for older people, helping to enrich their lives in the process. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated leader who is passionate about delivering the highest possible standards of care and quality of life for Residents.


Julie uses her experience to motivate the team to deliver care and support in a way that Residents gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.


When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Julie said, “The Residents, the people. Hearing laughter in the home and supporting Residents to fulfil their hopes and dreams. Everything is possible with the right love and support behind you.”
