I started at The Beeches last year in the Deputy Manager Role. I have previous experience as a care co-ordinator in Domiciliary Services and supported Older persons in Care Homes including People with Dementias .
I gained the role of Home Manager in May as i have lots of previous experience and skills in Management . My favourite pastimes is Formula one Racing .
I have more than 25 years working int he care industry and have acquired a lot of experience and skills in supporting older persons in our community and in the care homes. I have completed lots of training throughout my career and my specialty is medicine management and Dementia care . My favourite pastimes is going to vintage car shows and i have two dogs called Lottie and Angel .
I have worked at The Beeches for 7 years now. I am acquired skills and experience in caring and senior position which included supporting Older persons with Dementias and residential needs. I became activities co-ordinator last year as i wanted to promote Residents well being by getting to know them individually and identifying their holistic needs , hobbies, biographies before they came to the care home. I enjoy facilitating bespoke activities to individuals and enhance their skills to an optimum level that gives our Residents fulfilment .
I enjoy supporting our Residents with nursing needs. Nursing is in my heart . I am originally from Poland and i visit my parents regularly over there as i have my own family here in England too .
My specialist skills is wound care management and End of life care . It is important to me that i ensure our Residents are clinically supported to the highest standards to ensure they are comfortable at all times .
