My brother is happy there and settled in the staff are lovely and friendly

Always receive a smile from all carers upon entering the building. All staff & management friendly & caring. Care is excellent, clean & comfortable. All needs met. Food smells nice & dad has no complaints. Nice & warm room. Laundry always done quickly. Dad is always treated with respect & dignity. Fantastic value for money, great management.

The home is very welcoming and the staff are always helpful. It has improved a lot over the last year and my dad is also happy and settled here. Overall, I think the care my dad receives is very good.

The day staff are very friendly and caring and cant do enough for you from making a cupper will sit and talk if the have time, some night staff are bit standoffes. Cleaning staff are top so is the handyman the magner is brilliant her door is always open for a chat if she is not to busy.

The staff have been so caring, patient and understanding during the care of my father. Compassion, dignity and respect have been shown throughout his care, whilst demonstrating the upmost care and kindness.

My mother, who had been in The Beeches Care Home for over two years, recently passed away. Throughout her time there, in residential and nursing care, it was always excellent. The staff there always displayed a professional approach to her care combined with sincerity and kindness. I was never in doubt that my mother was well cared for in her last few years.

We as a family can not thank you all enough.

The staff were excellent, they went over and above. We were so happy with the way the staff looked after my Dad. They treated him like he was their own father. They were all very hard-working. The staff sat with him when the family were not there, they have gone over and above. They were patient and caring, had compassion, calm under pressure. They were organized and had respect, reliability and a passion for supporting people. I would recommend this care home. Thank you for everything you’ve done for my dad.

Absolutely amazing staff! Great food is offered to the residents, very clean and very hospitable! They have gone over and beyond for my grandma and I couldn’t have asked for a better home to put her in! Would pick it 100 times over!

The staff are lovely, give great care and are very patient. The home and grounds are looking a bit tired.

I am currently a temporary resident here until I find care accommodation of my own. My care here is really good. The staff here are all wonderful. I'll be sad when I leave.

I visit a friend every week - she is pleased to be a resident. The staff/management are very good and caring and try to accommodate each of the resident's needs. Each resident is different ie; bad legs, arms, dementia etc, but they are all treated as an individual and looked after appropriately. The staff sit and talk to the residents. They have some form of activity every day - bingo, card making, quizzes, singing and music, hairdressing also guinea pigs, hens, rabbits and birds to groom and interact with. There is plenty of food and personal hygiene is always a priority. Everywhere is clean and smelling nice.

My mother has been a resident at The Beeches Care Home for 4 and a half years, from the outset she settled into the home. I attribute this primarily to the care staff who were and still are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The care home is clean, well decorated, well heated and the rooms clean and tidy. There are regular activities and some outings for those residents able to participate. Having us act on behalf of my mother who is now unable to do so for herself, I have found the care staff and manageress always very approachable, professional and friendly. Sometimes there are mix ups with residents clothing which needs to be resolved.
