The day staff are very friendly and caring and cant do enough for you from making a cupper will sit and talk if the have time, some night staff are bit standoffes. Cleaning staff are top so is the handyman the magner is brilliant her door is always open for a chat if she is not to busy.
Reply from Suzanne Hudson, Operations Manager at The Beeches Nursing and Residential Care HomeThankyou so much for your feedback on our services . Your comments have been passed onto the Home Manager and her team . It is so important for the team to make some time with people using our services and not focus completely on being task based. I am very pleased you have acknowledged that in your review. Your comments about night shift will be shared and the Home Manager will ensure that improvements are made on their communication skills and approach .

Cannot thank ALL of the staff enough for the genuine warm care they gave to our very frail elderly uncle for the short period of time he was there.
They all helped to make a very emotionally stressful time so much easier. To know that he felt supported and cared for was a great comfort to us. The
staff did all and more to facilitate his needs with humour and kindness.
If you're looking for care for your loved one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kenilworth. Thank you all so much for all you did.

Mam was booked in for respite as I was having an operation, but she was poorly the week before and was admitted to the hospital. I was out of action, so Kenilworth took over completely and liaised with the hospital until Mam was discharged into their care, taking all the worry off my shoulders.

My dad has been in the loving care of Denecroft for nearly a year now. The support and care they have given to both myself and my dad has been invaluable and I can't thank them enough. Denecroft has a home-from-home atmosphere which in my opinion, led to my dad settling into his new surroundings very
quickly.
My dad is always treated with dignity and is allowed his independence in a safe and secure environment. The home is very well managed, the staff are amazing, they are very welcoming, cheerful and attentive. They always go above and beyond. I am always kept informed of my dad's wellbeing and the staff are always available to answer any questions I may have. Denecroft is kept clean and tidy, and my dad is very happy, well taken care of and very well fed. A huge thank you to all at Denecroft.
Reply from Sandra Hopkins, Manager at DenecroftThank you so much for your kind words, this means a lot to staff and management, we do pride ourselves on our lovely little homely home, it is a pleasure caring for your dad and enjoy your visits, it's lovely to know that we are welcoming and supportive.

My nanna has been under Denecrofts care for around 5 years now and the care for her has always been amazing. The staff are always so informative, letting us know if there are any changes in her behaviour and I know they are always on the other end of the phone if I ever need them. I know that my nanna
is safe under their care and they have not only helped her but helped me so much too. I am glad that we found Denecroft because I know my nanna loves it here too.
