My husband has now been in this home for 6-and-a-half months, it was a hard but necessary decision for me. I have found the staff friendly, helpful, kind and very caring. The conditions of the home are very clean and meals are well-balanced and well-cooked. It has made me feel happy in my decision to
place him here and I can relax knowing he is so well cared for.

Denecroft is a wonderful Care Home my mam has been there a number of years now and I wouldn't want her anywhere else the care she is given is outstanding. All the staff are amazing I would highly recommend Denecroft to anyone.

The management and staff at Denecroft are really helpful and are always there to speak to when needed. Very friendly and they are very good with my mum and patient as she can be challenging. They always keep in touch with me when things are happening in the home. Soon as anythings happens they report
it to me straight away. Really good communications.

My dad has been in the loving care of Denecroft for nearly a year now. The support and care they have given to both myself and my dad has been invaluable and I can't thank them enough. Denecroft has a home-from-home atmosphere which in my opinion, led to my dad settling into his new surroundings very
quickly.
My dad is always treated with dignity and is allowed his independence in a safe and secure environment. The home is very well managed, the staff are amazing, they are very welcoming, cheerful and attentive. They always go above and beyond. I am always kept informed of my dad's wellbeing and the staff are always available to answer any questions I may have. Denecroft is kept clean and tidy, and my dad is very happy, well taken care of and very well fed. A huge thank you to all at Denecroft.

My nanna has been under Denecrofts care for around 5 years now and the care for her has always been amazing. The staff are always so informative, letting us know if there are any changes in her behaviour and I know they are always on the other end of the phone if I ever need them. I know that my nanna
is safe under their care and they have not only helped her but helped me so much too. I am glad that we found Denecroft because I know my nanna loves it here too.

My mam has been in Denecroft for four months now and I have no complaints. The staff are very friendly and take excellent care of my mam.
They keep me informed and they are always available to answer questions and help. My mam is always clean, tidy, happy and well-fed.

Very good care all round. My Grandad enjoys being there and is a lot more looked after than previous places. He is always clean and tidy, very well fed and cared for. Staff are really good at communicating with family about anything and any problems are quickly solved. They are such a big help, it really
is a relief having him there and knowing he is so well taken care of. They also have had several events with residents where pictures show they really are enjoying themself.

My father received outstanding care and attention during the time he was resident in Denecroft. Staff were very kind and caring. My father was happy and comfortable. There was a real family atmosphere. Communication with me was excellent. I would highly recommend Denecroft to anyone looking for a supportive
environment for their loved one. I felt that my father really mattered to the carers and really appreciated the way they still kept in touch, to find out how he was getting on, even after he was hospitalised.
