I am very pleased with the nursing home in every way, ie. help, advice, care, cleanliness and mostly the way this nursing home and all its staff have coped with this pandemic. I can't praise everyone enough.

Peterlee Care Home is the best place to take your loved one. Care is incredible. Staff are amazing and my father-in-law settled in so well as if he was home. Visits are cool and you are made to feel like part of the team. We can highly recommend this lovely oldie worldly care home.

The staff are caring, approachable and will support residents to be comfortable and happy. The home provides modern living within a residential setting. It is always clean and welcoming and doesn't smell of urine like some homes sometimes do. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

I find staff caring, friendly, always wanting to help, can't fault them. But I find they are busy all of the time and very overworked! Not enough staff for the caring level the residents should have.

My mother has been a resident for the past 5 years, during this time she has received excellent care and compassion. All staff are very good and it's nice to see the care is given to all the residents. The care home has monthly meetings but if I had any concerns or issues would not have a problem in talking to the person in charge.
