Really happy with the care provided for Mum. Everyone is really friendly, professional and nice. When we visit, we are always made to feel welcome. Mum has settled really well, and as a family, we know she is safe and well. It is so happy to see Mum smile and beam.

Since resident at Springfield, Auntie has been really happy. We always feel really reassures as she tells us how happy she is. It was a difficult decision, but we now know it was the right one. Staff keep us up to date of all changes on our Aunts progress.

No concerns - very well looked after, we know he's very well cared after. During the Covid pandemic, we were unable to visit Dad due to restrictions but didn't worry at all as we knew Dad was well care for all the time. The manager kept us updated regularly with all changes, and we were very grateful.

I have no concerns at all with my mothers care. All team members are very caring and supportive. I would highly recommend Springfield Care Home. The team have fully supported myself and Mum to maintain contact due to the Covid pandemic.

When you visit Springfield, PPE is excellent. All Covid guidelines are followed. All service users always look well cared for and happy. The staff are so caring. As a family, we are extremely happy with the quality of care our sister receives at Springfield Care Home. I have been here since December 2015 when my husband passed away. The staff are very caring and friendly. I am well fed and feel safe.

I am very happy with the care Mum receives. On the odd occasion, if I have raised a concern or just had a question, the manager and staff have responded in full and ensured I am reassured and satisfied. The staff are warm, friendly and always welcoming. I work away from home a lot, and can only do this because I am 100% confident in the staff at Springfield Care Hoem to care and protect my mum.

I came here in November following a stroke. At first, I didn't want to stay, but now, this is where I call home. My husband is here too. We are both family and well cared for.

It has been a very difficult time for all care homes lately, but the care and support for both the residents and family/visitors have been exceptional. I know my mum is cared for and loved very much. Everyone is always happy and upbeat, and there to help if you ever have any worries or concerns. It's like one big family, and they have done everything possible to keep Mum safe. Springfield really is a fantastic care home.

My wife is very well cared for and I am very happy with all the standards at Springfield Care home. I am very grateful for all the care my wife gets and would recommend the home to other friends.

Sincere thanks to Springfield Care Home for the care and attention given to my auntie, who has a long term illness. We were very satisfied with the care given and the atmosphere was lovely and the care and dedication of the staff. In my opinion are the best in Darlington.
