My mother has been living at Bryn Yr Haul now for a number of years, I have always found the staff to be friendly and polite to both me and my mother and the home is always clean, all he staff always make time to stop and talk to my mum and my mum has told me the food is very good she especially likes the sausages they get for her. Its never a nice thought of a parent going into a home, but I can honestly say I do not worry about my mum now is living at Bryn-Yr-Haul, thank you

Overall we are satisfied with mums care, she has plenty of opportunity to socialise, she is offered a choose of a home cooked meal. The staff are very attentive. If I was to be critical, she has lost numerous items of labelled clothes and was also wearing someone elses nightie, my mother being a proud lady would be horrified is she was aware.

Access to the home is secure, however it can result in a waiting time of upto 10 minutes to get up after ringing the bell.

Im so happy in the knowledge that she is being cared for so well. The Mothers Day Afternoon Tea and the VE Day Celebrations were absolutely Brilliant. I could not ask for any more from the staff. They are all angels. Thank you.
