The staff at all levels are an asset to the home, always helpful and attentive.
Residents are always engaged in well organised activities.
My mother has been living at Bryn Yr Haul now for a number of years, I have always found the staff to be friendly and polite to both me and my mother and the home is always clean, all he staff always make time to stop and talk to my mum and my mum has told me the food is very good she especially likes the sausages they get for her. Its never a nice thought of a parent going into a home, but I can honestly say I do not worry about my mum now is living at Bryn-Yr-Haul, thank you
The home is very clean. There are lots of staff, all of whom are welcoming & friendly & helpful. The home is always warm! I know that if I have any concerns, I will be listened to. There's lots of activities for people who are able. The menu is very varied. The hairdresser comes in regularly.
No concerns
My mother has been in this nursing home coming up to 3 years and is extremely happy here. The staff are wonderful and very caring. Rooms are clean and well equipped and she is happy with the food. I feel very happy that she is in this Nursing Home.
Excellent experience for my mother. She is very settled. Staff wonderful. Thank you.
Access to the home is secure, however it can result in a waiting time of upto 10 minutes to get up after ringing the bell.
I am delighted with the care my mother is receiving at Bryn Yr Haul. She is treated with care, compassion, patience and dignity. The staff are amazing with her, always cheerful and gentle. Im so happy in the knowledge that she is being cared for so well. The Mothers Day Afternoon Tea and the VE Day Celebrations were absolutely Brilliant. I could not ask for any more from the staff. They are all angels. Thank you.
Staff very dedicated to mum's needs, kind caring & understanding

Carer's excellent, Nursing staff good
as 5 star and there is nowhere else I would want mum to be.
Very happy with mums care to date. The staff are second to none, all very professional and attentive. In particular as I'd like to mention one member of staff who puts her heart & soul into the activities for the residents.
Very friendly home. Like home from home. Residents are happy and activities for them to do and join in. Nurses and staff very helpful and residents well looked after.
