The staff could not have been more caring, with everyone knowing Mam's foibles and eccentricities, and amazingly accommodating them! Mam used to take full advantage of the private well-tended grounds with their wonderful views across the Vale, over the channel, and onto the North Somerset coast; we enjoyed many sunny days on the lawn.
As a family we got to know all the nursing staff over the four years Mam spent at The Manor and we felt that she had truly found a second family in the home.
We will always be grateful to the amazing staff there for making Mam's last years so peaceful and safe.
