My friend has been in Three Cliffs since October 2022. It took her many months to settle but things gradually became more familiar to her. Almost 3 years on she is calm, quiet and relaxed. She has forgotten how to walk but still enjoys company and drinking coffee. She also eat well. She receives very
good care from compassionate, kind care staff and diligent nursing staff. She is recovering well from a large clot on one lung and is very peaceful and comfortable in her chain in the lounge each day.

Mum has been a resident in Three Cliffs for almost 2 years. The home is kept exceptionally clean, and always smells fresh. Mum is well cared for, her personal hygiene needs are well taken care of and she is always dressed in clean clothing. the carers even match her jewellery to the outfit of the day
and paint her nails. The staff are all dedicated and professional, and they show compassion to all of the residents and visiting family. Mum has recently been extremely unwell. I did not want her to be hospitalised, I was overwhelmed with how dedicated all the staff were in caring for her every need. Thank you to all the nurses and carers who nursed Mum back to health. Truly appreciate you.

I am very pleased with the way my husband has been treated in this Home. He is cared for with understanding and respect. He has complex needs, which are catered for here. The company is very good and he enjoys the stimulation e.g. singing and dancing and occasional walks. The views are beautiful and
the residents enjoy the surroundings.

Our dad has been here for around 5 months and it has been the best thing for him.
The staff are simply amazing, not only with our dad but us too, and all the residents from what we have seen, always give us a warm welcome.
Dad joins in most of the activities they offer, they keep us updated on social
media where we can clearly see the happiness the environment is bringing him.
The cleanliness of dad's room is always spotless, and the attention to detail in general throughout the home is above and beyond.
I am still fortunate to be able to take our dad out on a walk due to his great physicality, the surrounding area is simply beautiful for myself, my dog and dad to take a lovely stroll around due to its location and take in the scenery.

Mum has been here about 18 months now and her life has really changed for the better. The staff really care for the residents and they look after them as though they work for their own family. My mum joins in with the activities which is something she never used to do in her previous care homes. I am
kept up to date with her care and if there are any issues or problems or even just questions they will contact me and I can even contact them. If I have a question or an issue I just ask the staff and generally will be sorted out very quickly. Staff on top of the health of the residents and will call the doctor in or the paramedics as soon as required. Thank you so much for looking after my mum and giving her a new lease of life.

A very welcoming home set in beautiful surroundings. The manager and staff were friendly and competent. The rooms were basic with not many en suite facilities (if any). I think the food was adequate but didn't witness any meal times. Neither did I see any activities or outdoor visits. My husband enjoyed
the fantastic views. I felt for us fees were quite high. Thank you.

I have been visiting my mum for several years now at Three Cliffs, we always receive a warm welcome and know most of the staff. My mum is always clean and comfortable. We are kept up to date with any changes or health problems she may have and how they've dealt with them. The staff often come and chat
to us about Mum and ask about our health and families. We are very happy with Mum's care at Three Cliffs.

My wife has been a resident for the last four years and we have got to know many of the carers, nurses and managers. My daughter and I visit at least once a week and always receive a warm welcome and think that the home is well-run, my wife very well looked after, all her needs are taken care of by

My mum's been here for about a year now she came from another home as they weren't very nice since coming here she has been good, they speak to them as a person and treat them with care which to us as a family is brilliant, may it long continue.

My Mum has been here since last June 2023 she came from another Home which was awful. Thankfully we were able to get her here and it's been marvelous. Plenty of lovely staff, the nursing staff are amazing, all the staff are caring and wonderful.
The entertainment programmes are great. Mum is happy,

Care Home provides me with updates on my mother's medical adjustments such as the need to have GP advised change to meds, review of diabetic medication and requests for COVID booster and flu jabs.
Nurses and staff are attentive and very approachable so I or my brother can take any questions we may
have.

I am happy with my father's care. He is nonverbal but I can see he feels comfortable and safe. The staff are always friendly and happy. The home is clean and always being maintained. The views over my father's bedroom are spectacular. The other residents are always happy to see people visiting. The
activity staff are lovely and do lots of things to keep them busy.

I have no complaints about the care given to my sister at Three Cliffs Care Home. The only request I would suggest is that the hairdresser visits more frequently.

My brother was only at Three Cliffs for a short period - his needs are complex but the staff and the manager made sure these were met and even arranged a quiet space for him when needed. They provided extra staff to assist my brother as he’s still learning to adjust to his “new body” after his stroke
- Nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept informed with regular updates. Care homes with this level of professionalism and exceptional staff are not always easy to find - As a family, we can’t thank them enough.

My mother has been in Three Cliffs for the last year. All the staff are always extremely helpful and supportive. My mother has even started recently to enjoy the various activities and entertainment, especially the music. My father was amazed recently to see her singing along to the music and having
a little dance.
After a recent stay in hospital, I was very concerned as her condition had deteriorated so much in just a couple of days. There was a vast improvement within 12 hours of her being back in Three Cliffs, I couldn’t believe the difference. This was 6 weeks ago and she has continued to improve. Thanks to the efforts of the nurses and carers, she is now back wandering around, when she couldn’t even stand when she left hospital.
