My brother was only at Three Cliffs for a short period - his needs are complex but the staff and the manager made sure these were met and even arranged a quiet space for him when needed. They provided extra staff to assist my brother as he’s still learning to adjust to his “new body” after his stroke - Nothing was too much trouble and I was always kept informed with regular updates. Care homes with this level of professionalism and exceptional staff are not always easy to find - As a family, we can’t thank them enough.
Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience at Three Cliffs. We are delighted to hear that our team was able to meet your brother's needs and provide the necessary support during his adjustment period. Your kind words about our professionalism and exceptional care are greatly appreciated. Thank you again for your heartfelt review.
The staff are very professional and friendly and keep me updated with any changes.

Our dedicated team works tirelessly to create a supportive and comfortable environment for all residents and it warms our hearts to know that your dad is benefiting from our efforts.
After a recent stay in hospital, I was very concerned as her condition had deteriorated so much in just a couple of days. There was a vast improvement within 12 hours of her being back in Three Cliffs, I couldn’t believe the difference. This was 6 weeks ago and she has continued to improve. Thanks to the efforts of the nurses and carers, she is now back wandering around, when she couldn’t even stand when she left hospital.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful review of Three Cliffs. We are truly delighted to hear about the positive impact our services have had on your mother's well-being, and we are so pleased with her progress. If there is anything more we can do to enhance your mother's experience or if you have any suggestions for improvement, please do not hesitate to reach out.
My mum is always well looked after. The staff are amazing and always got time to talk to me regarding my mum's welfare. The bedroom is always very clean and tidy.

They all go above and beyond and are treated like family. Everyone is always smiling and cheerful. Thank you for everything.

My husband has been a resident at Three Cliffs Care Home for a month. All the staff have been so welcoming to both my husband and helping me come to terms with the situation. As you will see, I can't thank them enough for their constant care and compassion, they always make time to help in any way that they can. The home is kept spotless and safe for all the residents. The management team are first class.

I am very happy with the way my mother has settled into your care home. She's always clean and always happy, which is lovely for us to see. I don't have any problem with her care with you all. Thank you very much.
Thank you for your review, it is a pleasure to care for your mother.
The care given to my wife at Three Cliffs is excellent.
Thank you for your feedback, it is a pleasure to look after your wife.
My Uncle was a resident of Three Cliffs Care Home for the last three years after being admitted with severe Dementia. The care and compassion with which he was looked after were exemplary. He was treated with dignity by the staff and his final years spent in that environment were made as comfortable as they could be under the circumstances. I cannot name staff explicitly, but please know that anyone with whom I have had dealings or conversations, you have my thanks and the thanks of my family, for all the care and the support you gave to me personally during this difficult period.
My grandmother was only in their care for a few months. I cannot fault the care and attention she received while here. The staff knew all about her and were interested in learning more. They really provided excellent care to both her and us every time we visited. Her end of life care and support really was gold standard. Every support was offered to both her and our very large family.
My 88-year-old mother was evicted from her previous nursing home to Three Cliffs Care Home. How grateful are we for the amazing outstanding care given to my mother. Each member of staff has shown genuine love and care, empathy, sympathy and heartfelt love. Kitchen staff will cook anything that she has requested, laundry present clothes back in a neat and clean way. Maintenance will do anything at a drop of a hat. Entertainment organised well. The management team and nurses amazing care towards each individual and families.
