Lovely care home with great staff and a good homely feel. The staff are always happy to go above and beyond to provide great care, would recommend it to anyone looking to use a care facility. The gardens and outdoor space are really quaint and lovely to enjoy in the summer. The rooms are spacious and the home is really clean at any time I have visited.
We would like to thank you for your kind words and as a care home, we pride ourselves in offering the best possible care. Thank you for your support and kindness.
We could not have asked for a more loving and caring environment to say our goodbyes after she'd had a prolonged stay in hospital. Every staff member was incredibly sensitive to both mine and my wife's needs as well as my mother-in law's.
After such a dreadful two years of being separated from her, due to Covid restrictions, it was special to be able to be with her to say goodbye in such lovely and peaceful surroundings.
The matron and care staff's genuine care and understanding made a very difficult few days a lot more bearable for which we will always be grateful.
My cousin was a resident at the home for 14 years until the 13th June. I have always been more than happy with the home but under the present owner who has invested a great deal of money, the home is truly excellent.
Management was always available, helpful and friendly.
The matron is lovely as are the sisters.
All of the nursing staff were caring, especially one who went above and beyond.
The carers work very hard and nearly all of them are cheerful and caring.
The laundry lady brightened our lives too.
I could not fault the staff in any way as all were cooperative, gentle and caring to the residents. The management was always available to us to help with guidance or queries about administrative matters. As an example of a care home, I would rate it as outstanding. The staff even came to my brother's funeral 28 miles away.
