Both my parents are resident in Wallside Grange. My mother has lived here for three years and my father one year. I cannot praise the management and staff enough for the care my parents receive. The general atmosphere in the home is very happy. We are always made to feel welcome and any issues we have are dealt with promptly. The food in the home is varied and excellent and Dad looks forward to every meal. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly to maintain an excellent level of cleanliness throughout the building and my parent's clothing is always freshly laundered. My Father who is of sound mind but physically challenged would like to be taken out more in the home minibus but I do realise that staffing issues may be a problem.
