My mum was only at the home for a few months before and after she moved it was the happiest I had seen her. Sadly mum passed away on 10th March. I have always had a great love for all the staff. They do an outstanding job. They are friendly, easy to talk to, compassionate, caring, professional. You have a great team who all work together to run this home. I would recommend Leven Beach Care Home to anyone who needed care.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry for your loss. It means a great deal to hear that your mum was happy during her time with us, and we are grateful you trusted us to be part of her journey. Your comments about the team will...
My sister in law decided it was time to move into care after falls in her home and forgetfulness. After reviewing a few care homes in the area, it was decided that Leven Beach Care Home was best suited to her needs. She settled in relatively quickly and was made to feel welcome. Although taking into account how demanding this job can be, the staff perform so well. I would recommend Leven Beach to anyone considering care for themselves or their loved ones.

My mother has only been there since June of this year and as a family who are so happy that she has settled in. There's always some sort of activities to keep them motivated. As a family its definitely helped us to get our mum back with having dementia she is getting the care and attention she requires so I'm grateful for that. All staff are very friendly and supportive.

Having moved mum into the care home from her own home, I was concerned that she wouldn't take to the environment well. How wrong was I, mum has settled in well and takes part in all of the activities. She enjoys the company in the care home and the staff are superb, meeting mum's needs and ensuring her daily life is normal. I am kept up to date from the staff on any issues that may affect mum, and any external requirements needed that the staff can't arrange. I am comforted that the care she is receiving is excellent and she is treated with dignity and respect.
Thank you so much for sharing this lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear how well your mum has settled into life at Leven Beach - especially after such a big transition from her own home. It's wonderful to know she's enjoying the activities, the company, and the day-to-day rhythm of the home....

My brother is always clean and well presented. Clothes are changed if they become dirty.
His room is always tidy and clean. Bedding always looks fresh and the bathroom clean too. I like how his room has many personal belongings and that this is encouraged. You always feel when you visit you are offered tea/coffee and very welcoming.
The management team are so approachable and you never feel any request or issue is a problem. Definitely feel the Unit Manager sets an amazing standard which is reflected in the staff.

Over the last 2 years. Sadly passed away a week ago. The care given at this sad time was beyond my expectations.I can without hesitation say the management and staff gave my mum their devoted time and professional care gave me comfort. It was a decision I had to make 2yrs ago to put mum into care I chose the right one.
Leven Beach Care Home have given me memories of all she accomplished while in there care. But most of all that final day the palliative care given is why I can thank everyone .I know my mum when she was able thanked you also.

My brother has received excellent care in Leven Beach Nursing Home. Staff are always ready to work along with the family and are committed to getting the best possible outcomes for him. He has flourished with the support of staff and settled well. Staff have worked hard to ensure that the nursing home feels like his home and he has developed positive relationships with staff. He participates in many activities and it's lovely to see photos of him looking happy. Many thanks to all the staff.

It's wonderful to hear that he has settled in so well and that our team has been able to create a warm, homely environment where he feels comfortable and supported. We believe in working closely with families to...
We had actively advocated for a place at Leven Beach as they had already cared for another family member and we had seen first hand the excellent care and support of both residents and the family. In particular, we had found the end of life care a to be expectational. The staff could not have been more supportive or sensitive and we came to trust them as the equivalent to members of our extended family.
Since moving into Leven Beach, my brothers quality of life has changed dramatically. He is thriving under their care and through the activities. The best way to summarise our experience is to quote my brother who says 'he could not be any happier' and I cant thank the leadership team and staff enough for making this happen.
Thank you so much for sharing your brother's journey and for your incredibly kind words. It means the world to us to hear that his quality of life has improved so dramatically since moving into Leven Beach. We know how challenging his experience must have been, and we are truly honoured to have...
On a personal level, the stress of having to move my mother to Leven Beach was greatly reduced on the first visit to her after she'd been moved from a less than dignified period in hospital. My mother looked like her old self. She was smartly dressed, sitting upright up in her chair and smiling. My siblings and I are relieved to know our mother is in a safe place and receiving excellent care. From my mother's level, the staff work hard to understand and provide for her needs appropriately and with dignity. Their behaviour is reflected in my mother's warm responses to each and everyone. Activities offered are amazing. Choices of food are offered at meal times and snacks are available at others. I am very happy to have been recommended Leven Beach and to see my mother settled.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review of Leven Beach. We're delighted to hear that your mother has settled in well and that her transition has brought comfort to you and your siblings. It's wonderful to know that she is happy, cared for with dignity, and enjoying her time with us. Your kind...
My sister's anxiety is now much reduced and she regards Leven Beach as her home, enjoying the varied program of activities which are imaginative and tailored to her needs. I get great comfort from the regular photographs and communication about her, this is very reassuring.
I am delighted at the care my sister has received over the last 18 months, which has transformed her life and allowed me to relax, knowing she is safe and happy.
Thank you for your heartfelt review of Leven Beach. We're so pleased to hear that your sister has found comfort and happiness here and that her anxiety has significantly reduced. It's wonderful to know she regards Leven Beach as her home and enjoys the tailored activities we provide. Your kind...
My initial impression was very good with all staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Any concerns that I had were dealt with effectively and with kindness, to both my father and me. I was always listened to and solutions were found. My father's needs were dealt with in a caring and considerate manner with clear communication. The home is run in a relaxed but efficient manner. My father could not have been more comfortable in the few months that he was a resident. I have to add that the quality of the food is excellent and carefully tailored to each resident's needs. I highly recommend this care home.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review of Leven Beach Care Home. We're so pleased to hear that your initial impressions were positive and that our team's friendly, welcoming approach left a lasting impression. It's heartwarming to know that your concerns were handled with...
We are truly thankful to have found a place here and it has made an enormous difference to know that Mum is so well looked after. She is treated with dignity and respect. All staff, managers, nurses, coordinators, carers, housekeeping and maintenance engage so positively with her. She feels safe and happy, enjoying activities and interactions for the first time in years and it is a joy to see her thriving again. It's a wonderful place with an inspirational manager and dedicated staff.

All the staff are friendly and funny, also the activities are very imaginative and coming to the home during the festive season was the tonic needed to settle into the "future" home. Thoroughly recommend.

As a family who visits very regularly, we have not had any cause for concern for the care my husband receives. We are always greeted and informed on how he has been, updated on his meal intake etc. I feel I can approach staff or management if I want any information.
