Caring and happy staff, nothing is too much trouble. Dad has settled in well, all his needs are seen to. During this pandemic, the staff have continued their marvellous care, including getting technical so we can Skype Dad and see and talk to him. He could not do this on his own. My sister and I are extremely grateful to all staff.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback about our home. We are pleased to hear that your experience has been positive and appreciate all of your kind comments about our team. We hope to see you again soon.
My mother stayed at Lunardi from January this year until her death recently. The care and support she and our family received during this very trying time were exemplary! Mum was a very independent woman and Lunardi staff, in their own quiet way, allowed her to keep that independence and privacy. We will be forever grateful for the dignity they afforded her and allowing us to be with her at the end of her life.
Thank you, Sandra, for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience at Lunardi Court Care Home. We are so sorry to hear about your Mother, but pleased you felt she received great care and hope that her time in our home did see some friendships flourish, especially with the care team. Take care.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They engage well with the residents, making sure they appear well-groomed and properly dressed.
Thank you for letting us know how we are doing at Lunardi Court Care Home. The care and wellbeing of every resident is our number one priority and it is rewarding to have such positive feedback about how we are doing.
My husband has had the best of attention and care since going into this home. He has tried very hard to get the right solutions to help him to be the best he can manage. They are also very good with me and keep me in touch with all that is going on with my husband. They are all friendly and helpful at all times, and I am very grateful to them all.
Thank you, June, for your comments about your recent experience at Lunardi Court Care Home. Our number one priority is the care and wellbeing of every resident in our home and it is rewarding to hear that you have been pleased with the quality of our care. We appreciate you taking the time to let...
Lunardi Court Care has been excellent. My father was diagnosed with vascular dementia several months ago and I was told I was no longer able to look after him. After reviewing several care homes we decided on Lunardi Court Care. This was totally the correct decision my father is so happy and very very well looked after by a very caring and attentive staff.
Thank you, David, for your comments about your recent experience at Lunardi Court Care Home. Our residents’ wellbeing is our main priority and it is great to hear that you were so pleased with the quality of our care. We always appreciate individuals taking the time to give their feedback and we...
