Thank you so very much for the lovely review. It was so nice having Mum in the home with the added bonus that 4 staff could speak Mum's native language. At Cowdray, we aspire to be able to meet the needs of all our residents/clients with only the highest standards. It was a pleasure getting to meet and spend some time with Mum (Sylvia the team leader translated my conversation). I do hope to see you all again soon and we are always a phone call away. Dear Ian, thank you so very much for all the trust you have given myself as the home manager and the team at Cowdray Club. Trusting us with your dear mum was never going to be an easy task but I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you. Thank you for working in partnership with myself and the team to ensure we were all on the same level to which was always about ensuring only the best quality of care across the board is being met. I promised we would take good care of Mum and I hope you feel that promise has been kept. Trust takes time and can never be taken for granted. It's been just a true joy getting to know your amazing mum as well as yourself and your family/friends. Here is to a great partnership and hopefully, a good few years of us all coming together to ensure Mum's needs are met to the highest standards possible.
