There is a lovely family atmosphere at Cowdray and we're really happy my dad has settled so well. Thank you to all!

Mum has dementia and all the the staff go above and beyond to make her time there as enjoyable as they can. From the management team knowing them on what feels like a personal level, to the nurses, carers, cleaners and everyone else associated with the home getting to know them well. There's always something going on (7 days a week), morning afternoon and evening, as well as trips out to various places like Boogie in the bar, or a day out in the bus, usully stopping off at a café, or a singer a couple of times a month. Communication between the home and family is first class with everything documented, so whoever you ask has access to relevant information. The food is good with a selection for every meal, and a light food menu for if the resident doesn't fancy a full meal. We had a choice of homes for mum, but we feel 100% Torry care home was the right choice.

Cranford Care Home is an excellent facility that provides outstanding care. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, ensuring every resident feels valued and safe. The home is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with a great variety of engaging activities that support physical and mental well-being. Communication with families is flawless, offering total peace of mind. I highly recommend Cranford to anyone seeking a compassionate and high-quality environment for their loved ones.

Cranford Care Home is amazing, Anna and all her staff are so friendly, approachable and caring and they make it feel so homely and have made my Dad very welcome and included. They look after him so well and he enjoys the many various activities they provide. My Dad is happy he's enjoying socialising with the caring staff and other residents. The home is spotlessly clean and such a happy environment and we are happy he's settled so well.

So happy here, all are so considerate and helpful. I have a lovely room and already feel at home. Staff and fellow residents are all one big family

The staff are compassionate, approachable and always communicate well with me. I feel confident that my granny is safe, respected and receiving excellent care. I am extremely grateful to the whole team for everything they do.

The whole team have been incredibly supportive, compassionate and patient, and we feel reassured knowing that our grandad is now somewhere he is genuinely cared for and valued.

Since moving in 6 weeks ago care home have really helped my father settle in. Food choice is excellent, and flexibility for Dad's needs also. Nursing care is exemplary. The coordinator with the GP practice is really good. Feels integrated and respectful of my POA. Room perfect for his needs and always clean. My observations are that team treats Dad with dignity and care. Glad we moved to Cowdray Club at this stage of his life.

Dad has been at Rosepark just over a year now the staff have been very helpful in ensuring his care needs are always being monitored and although his illness is gradually becoming more evident the staff always inform me of how he's been doing his stay there has shown he's in the best care and being well cared for many thanks to you all

The homes appearance is clean, tidy with lots of information posted on events programs. Themes surrounding seasonal events can be seen in the decoration of social areas, often leading up to a party for families of residents encouraged to attend. Staff in general are engaged and personal communications are good, with concerns discussed and resolutions found for any issues that arise. This has been an area of improvement over the time that I have witnessed.

A very well run, clean and tidy care home, Good communication from management and staff. The staff always find the time to listen to both residents and visitors. Personal hygiene of residents is of a high standard. Very comfortable rooms with immaculate en suite - always of a high standard of cleanliness

I have no concerns about the care given and would certainly recommend to others.

My mum has been a resident at Persley Castle for over a year now. When she first arrived, she had been very ill, she was weak and anxious, and not sure about anything. She had lost the ability to walk and could barely sit upright. Today, with the help & encouragement of staff, both within the home and visiting (ie physiotherapist, GP, etc), mum can not only sit up, she can manoeuvre herself around in her wheelchair and is learning to walk again. We were told this would never be possible before she moved to Persley. The food has given her strength, and the staff have given her the belief that she can do it. The improvement in her physical abilities is amazing. She has also made friends and settled into a comfortable routine that suits her. Yes, there can always be improvements, however, I certainly can't complain. My mum is a different, better woman now to the one that first arrived there.

My aunt is well looked after in this care home. Staff and management can't do enough. It gives our family peace of mind that our aunt is being extremely looked after. Highly recommend this care home. Best care home I have ever dealt with. All staff go above and beyond looking after our aunt. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts.

I'm hoping my aunt's carpet gets replaced since carpet is done. Apart from this, I can't fault the care our aunt receives.

My mother moved to Croftbank Care Home in November 2025 and from day 1 she was settled and comfortable in the home. She was very content and comfortable in her surroundings the staff made a great effort to make her feel this was her home. She enjoyed the activities especially where she could dance, she loved music and dancing was a great joy for her Cannot express my gratitude to you all for being so caring and empathetic to our Mother and to us as a family. So accommodating and compassionate in her final day we will be forever grateful to you all for your kindness and love. If I could give the carers a special mention thank you, thank you. You made my mums last months full of fun and laughter

The care staff are very caring polite and attentive and make you feel at home ever time we come to visit my mother we have no complaints regarding the care home aye feel my mother is well looked after and her needs are well met

I am so glad my husband has found a home at Beech Manor. I have visited friends and relatives in three other care homes and though very nice none of them have the friendly ambience of Beech Manor. Everyone from management to cleaning staff has a smile and a friendly word for you when you visit. Its like one big happy family. I like to visit my husband every day when possible, this has a lot to do with the tea/coffee and home baking as much as a desire to see Harry! And relatives are always made welcome to join in any activity that is going.

My mum has been in the care home for 12 weeks & the care she has received has been 1st class. Staff are very friendly & attend to her needs brilliantly. my Mum has settled in very quickly & the lovely staff have played a big part. Her becoming settled so quickly has been very helpful for us. The manager Kelly has been very helpful & is approachable with any questions I may have.

Despite several changes in the home management over the past 18 months Dad is well looked after as the caring staff (ground floor team in particular) have been very welcoming from the outset and are truly lovely, they show genuine care and compassion towards Dad and the other residents. The events and entertainment provided is very popular and well organised with a variety of activities most weekdays. It is homely, well kept, clean, and tidy and the carers, nursing and management team have responded well if I do have queries or issues to raise.
