Visitors are welcome at any time to the home and always made very welcome. The home has access to the kitchenettes for visitors to make refreshments and have a tea and chat with those they are visiting and on request staff can assist visitors and those whom they are visiting to a quiet area so they can have quality time with them. Staff are always willing to assist and the manager's door is always open if anyone wishes to talk with her.
There is a car park to the front of the home, the driveway looks to be small but there is room for a car to get through and a van. There is also parking on Prospect Terrace but please remember that there are house on this terrace and they require access to their homes so please do not park in front of gateways please.
