Unfortunately, when a loved one passes, there is nothing that we can do about the length of time it takes to settle an estate, and that is why we have a contract with the resident and/or their relative or guardian, to ensure that everything is carried out in accordance with the National Care Contract.With regards to the Care in the home, our grades with the Care Inspectorate are at Very Good, and are a reflection of the care delivered in the home
