I am passionate about delivering excellent service and caring for people, and in 1994, I made a career shift into healthcare, which allowed me to expand my horizons and gain invaluable experience in this field. With over 30 years in healthcare and various management qualifications in both Care and Hospitality, I continue to bring my dedication and expertise to creating exceptional care environments.
I have been a part of Applecross Nursing Home for nearly 11 years, initially starting as a part-time bookkeeper. Throughout my time here, my role has grown, allowing me to embrace new responsibilities and actively contribute to the home’s growth and success.
Jen joined Applecross Nursing Home in 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from her career in retail management. As our Administrator, she excels at overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of all activities within the home, ensuring that residents and staff alike feel supported and valued.
With over 15 years of nursing experience, I am delighted to serve as the Clinical Lead Nurse at Applecross. Leading a team of dedicated nurses, I am committed to providing our residents with the highest standard of care. I value the strong sense of community here and am inspired daily by the residents.
Sandra ensures the highest standards of cleanliness across the home, providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff alike. She also leads a dedicated team of laundry and domestic assistants, caring for every detail to keep the home spotless and welcoming
With over 15 years of experience in site management, Dominik joined Applecross in August 2018 and has become an invaluable team member. He oversees daily site maintenance, ensuring the building and grounds are beautifully kept, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
