I can easily say these guys have been brilliant with my mum. She's now there permanently and they provide a great service. From the managers, office staff nurses and care workers, even to the kitchen staff. Absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in recommending this care home. Highly satisfied.
Thank you Olympia House. My mother has so picked up since she moved there in November. That's all down to the manager and staff.

Staff are great, cannot fault them in any way from owner down to carers.
Great activities are run in-house by a particular member of staff and also have days and evenings out like boat trips and canal trips and the theatre.
All in all great place.

My father has been in the care home for 6 weeks now. After settling in we are happy with the care home, the only thing I would improve is the weekend staff seem to be all Agency and don't seem to care the way the weekly staff care. Hence we have to be there at weekends.

The standard of care at Arcadia Gardens was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. The standard of nursing care was outstanding. The carers were so helpful and understanding during difficult times. Can't praise the staff highly enough.

We have found the care and atmosphere at Arcadia Gardens wonderful. Our mum settled in with the help of wonderful staff and a loving environment. Geography and closeness to her sisters are the only reasons we are moving Mum - otherwise, we would be keeping the current set-up. We want to say a big thank

Naturally, it took a few weeks for my cousin to settle and for the staff to get to know her and understand her needs. Since then she has been well cared for in a gentle, non-patronising way. She's very happy and settled which is reassuring after the resistance she displayed to going in. She is enjoying

The warm, caring nature of Arcadia Gardens is evident from the moment you arrive. The facility is very clean, tidy, and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and understanding of a relative's concerns. I'm so glad my uncle was temporarily put there as my mind was rest-assured.

The home is nicely laid out but I would say my husband's room is basic. I know nothing about his choice of food or activities. The staff are friendly and kind but I am sure it is understaffed.

My mother went into the home for respite. The staff were so friendly and helpful it really helped to settle her and make her stay so enjoyable that we are going to make it a permanent arrangement. The staff go out of their way to helo and they are patient and nothing is too much bother. They exceeded

Since the new management has come to Arcadia I have seen a vast improvement in the home as in staff and activities and residents getting regular outings which didn't happen before new management came also new manager very approachable also the activities co-ordinator is doing a great job.

As a family member, I feel that it's a great place for my aunt. The management and staff are very supportive towards family members and my aunt.
She seems really happy with the food and has gained weight since arrival. She seems to get out a lot and loves all the activities on offer.
