I felt like my sister was looked after wonderfully, when I visited I was always met with a friendly face. The care seemed astounding and my sister always appeared happy. I would recommend Darroch Nursing Home to other families and had zero complaints.
Thank you to all the staff who helped look after
my sister.

Don’t know where to start with this. Some staff are OK, some are very, very rude. My mother didn’t look well one day. Asked to speak to someone to help my mum, got told I’m on a break, my mum wasn’t well. They said you know your mum better than us (she is in their care).
The ambulance came and rushed
her to hospital, it was 50-50 chance of survival. This is the 2nd time they neglected my mum. My mum passed away, I had to call up for something, spoke to management and they didn’t even give their condolences. A nice card or flowers for the funeral would have been nice. Nothing. Only after money. Please look at other care homes, do not go to this one. Also, they can’t keep the staff.
