I am so glad to choose Rannoch Lodge for my aunts new home. The staff are so caring to all residents and could not do anymore to keep them comfortable.

The home is spotless, nothing is too much trouble for staff.

My Dad was admitted into Rannoch in February this year after some months in hospital and I am really pleased as to how great he has settled and have seen first hand how well he is looked after by all the staff who already know him well.
All the staff are really helpful and spend time and look after all the residents above the norm plus the surroundings are very clean and well maintained.
I am kept fully informed in regards to any concerns with my Dad and he himself regularly says to me that he is happy were he is now and loves the food especially the portions of cake which gives me a lot of comfort also.

I would happily recommend this care home to anyone having to consider this option for their relatives.

Mum was admitted here exactly one month ago.
She settled very quickly and I am completely satisfied that the staff are aware of her needs and meet them. They seem to have taken to her too and I'm entirely comfortable leaving her in their care.
Staff are all approachable and helpful. Taking a step back to look at the big picture it's obvious that relationships and bonds have been built here that go beyond simple daily care.
Mum is more than happy with food and drink; she loves their soup and has seconds.

I can go home knowing she is safe and secure.

Outstanding...Caring....Wonderful...Compassionate and lots more. They looked after my mum so well for the short time she was with them and their care was extended to the family in equal measures. They are most wonderful caring dedicated team and they helped us in so many ways. They went above and beyond and we will be forever thankful to them all.

I honestly can't praise the staff enough at Rannoch Lodge Care Home. They have made my mum's transition very easy and this takes a huge weight off my mind. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I go in at all different times and so do Mum's family and friends and you always get a very warm welcome. It was a really hard decision to make but I can now relax knowing mum is safe and very well cared for. Thank you for everything you have done so far.

Rannoch Lodge is as good as it can get for a nursing home. The staff are dedicated, friendly, approachable and caring. My dad is happy, feels safe and receives wonderful care. The home itself is clean, well-decorated, well-kept and organised. The rooms are a nice size with a good standard of furniture. There are always concerns when a loved one has to go into a care home, but I can honestly say I sleep well knowing my dad is in safe and caring hands. All of the staff go above and beyond their roles and are very welcoming and helpful to relatives and visitors as well as the residents themselves.

The whole family are deeply grateful to all the hard working and dedicated staff at Rannoch Lodge Care Home for the care, kindness, respect, dignity, good humour and warmth they showed my Mum during her stay in the home. Having to put Mum into care when her dementia became too advanced to adequately care for at home was a horribly tough decision, but we couldn't have asked for better treatment for her, or a better environment, and it means so much to know Mum was comfortable, relaxed and happy during her time there. As her family, we were each treated with the same kindness and warmth by the very attentive staff and were made very welcome on every visit, which made a difficult time for us so much easier. Such a warm and welcoming place, providing excellent care and support that extends to the loved ones of residents as well as the residents themselves. We will be forever thankful for the love and kindness that Mum was surrounded by in Rannoch Lodge.

This has been the hardest decision I have ever had to make. I spent a long time visiting care homes for my mum. Rannoch Lodge was the perfect choice. The staff were very warm and welcoming they care about the whole family, not just the residents. Mum is now living her best life at Rannoch Lodge. She is pampered, loved and very well taken care of. I can go home knowing she is safe. I can't thank the staff enough for all their support.

Mum is very settled and cared for. Resident for four years. Staff offer activities to suit her, and she loves visits from their dogs. Visits are encouraged and staff help with choosing new clothes to suit her needs.

Rannoch Lodge has been a lifesaver for our mother.
They treat her with great love and respect. She is well-fed with lovely meals and snacks. She is clean and well-dressed every day.
The activities team make sure to include her in activities that are fun and relevant to her likes and abilities.
Our mother's room is spotlessly clean and personal to her. Bedding is changed regularly and made to be like home for her.
The common areas again are spotless and very nicely decorated, they are calm and bright spaces to relax in.
The nursing staff look after her medical needs very well and their care is excellent.
The staff are all welcoming to us and keep us updated with all the news in Rannoch.

We are delighted with the care that our mum receives from Rannoch Lodge.

Overall Experience
I am very impressed with Rannoch Lodge Care Home. The whole place is immaculate and tasteful and the staff are fantastic. My friend's room is a pleasure to spend time in, as the staff have worked hard to provide co-ordinated soft furnishings and homely touches and my friend is always spotlessly clean and dressed in lovely clothes. She loves the meals and all the staff I have come into contact with are warm, caring, and clearly dedicated to helping the elderly and those with dementia. It must be a difficult and stressful job, yet they bring love and care to the situation and it's not just a job with them.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Rannoch to anyone looking for a care home for a friend or relative.

I cannot praise Rannoch Lodge enough, the staff are fantastic.

I visit my friend’s dad on a weekly basis and all the team make me feel so welcome. My friend's dad is happy there and often tells me how much he enjoys living at Rannoch. The care home is spotless and each resident always looks so well cared for.

I would also like to highlight a member of staff in particular for making my visits enjoyable. The Receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming, she takes the time to let me know what kind of week my friend’s dad has had before I head in to see him.

I think what makes Rannoch stand out for me is that it has a family feel to it, you can see how much the staff care about the residents. I have an elderly mother and would have absolutely no reservations about her living at Rannoch if she needed additional care. In fact, I wouldn’t have her anywhere else.
