Overall Experience

I had prior experience of Rannoch Lodge Care Home as both my mother and father in law had spent time there and both received excellent care. When my mum's dementia worsened and could no longer be cared for at home it was the first place we thought of. Care is excellent. My mum has settled in well and has built up good relationships. Staff are very respectful and caring, nothing is a problem. It's like my mum has an extended family there. We are so happy she is happy and well cared for.

We are delighted that your Mum has settled into the home and become part of our extended family.

Overall Experience

Prior to my wife becoming a resident, we had received recommendations from friends and family that this was the best home for her. It has certainly lived up to all our expectations as I feel relieved that my wife is safe and being well cared for by lovely staff in a well-run care home.

Overall Experience
While the fabric of the room my mum is in, is in need of upgrading, her care is excellent.

I love the staff in Rannoch. It will never be home and I am still very sad that my mum can't be with me but it definitely is the next best thing to home. I write this on behalf of us all.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your kind words will be appreciated by the Staff Team. The Care Home Decoration Programme was affected by COVID-19. However, we are now accelerating the program. The Manager will be in touch to arrange a meeting with you and your mum to discuss her room makeover.
