A caring environment is provided at all times and they have great staff who work hard looking after residents.
I would recommend this home to anyone. The staff go beyond their duties to make the resident & their family feel so welcome. It is kept clean & food was very good.
I could not be happier with the care she receives and this stems from the home manager and all other staff.
Resident comfort and well being are primary concerns.
Facilities are comfortable and clean.
To cover all aspects of this home would take more space than this review can accommodate, suffice to say we as a family are more than happy with all aspects and would strongly recommend Belmont to anyone looking for comprehensive care.
My dad was only a resident at Belmont Care Home for about 4 weeks before he died. In that time the care nad compassion that was given to him and to our family was outstanding. All the staff were amazing and in the few days before dad died, they were so kind and caring. Nothing was a bother. The home was a very welcoming environment and we cannot praise or thank them enough.
On the night she passed away, the care home manager sat with me for hours past her 'going home' time. We exchanged experiences of 'growing up'. I am so very thankful for that.
My aunt was well cared for during the three years she spent in Belmont Care Home. The staff were exemplary in their treatment of her.
My mum has resided at Belmont Care Home since December 2024. I can honestly say that she has been treated with absolute dignity and respect. Every single member of staff involved with her care has been so kind and genuinely caring towards her and we cannot emphasise enough how pleased we are that she was able to come here and we will be forever grateful to all of the wonderful staff.
My aunt was a resident here for over three years. The care she received was excellent, probably outstanding.
Staff are very attentive to the residents, friendly and welcoming to residents and family.
Level of care and support very high.
Quality of food and drinks are very good.
My mother had a short stay in Belmont Care Home towards the end of her life. We were extremely impressed by the standard of care provided. There is a discernibly positive, proficient, professional and caring culture within the care home. The high standard of care clearly emanated from the way this care home is managed. I would highly recommend the facility for nursing care.
As a daughter who lives across the water, I felt reassured that the home was looking after her. I was on the telephone to them about her care.
Excellent service from all staff, they could not have been more welcoming and friendly.
The level of care here was excellent, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. A family home-from-home feel and the staff go out of their way to help in any way possible.
This care home is the best we have come across in the area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and my father couldn't be happier here.
The staff are first class and have taken a lot of pressure off myself and family knowing she is well looked after. I am her partner and everyone here is very thoughtful and make her happy.
My sister is a resident in Belmont. I was very anxious about her going in but was reassured. I can honestly say she has settled in well the staff are excellent and very friendly they have a great relationship with the residents and their families and I think that’s very important my sister is well looked after it’s home from home for her and I am very contented her being there and the big thing for me is she’s safe. I would recommend Belmont Nursing Home to anyone.
My aunt has been in the home for over two years. During this time she has received very good care. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and sympathetic to her needs. The food is good too. Not living near, it is a huge comfort to know she’s so well looked after.
I am very satisfied with my husband's care. I can go to visit my family in Scotland knowing my husband is cared for and I am totally at ease. I am kept informed about my husband's health. I am also treated with care and respect on each visit.
Kind and very caring staff, always obliging with the difficult stages of my mother. My reason for 4 stars on facilities is because of the dangerous potholes in the car park in front of the nursing home. I have no other faults as Belmont is a great home.
