I have found my experience quite good. I had a complaint when my granny first came to the care home and it was dealt with straight away. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and work extremely hard to please all the residents.

Our mother has received excellent care and love in the home. She has been so well looked after and has been very happy. The activities and programme are wonderful. The staff are simply tremendous, easy to work with and maintaining the highest standards. It is a lovely place to live.

Overall Experience
My friend has settled really well into Colinvale and if there are any issues the communication is great and my friend is always clean and fresh and during visits, I can see a great job the staff are doing, as always busy helping residents and keeping Colinvale clean and tidy.

They give a personal touch to each resident which you can see is appreciated by all. The activities are great and everybody is encouraged to take part. We've seen a great improvement in mum and are very happy with her being a resident in Colinvale.
