Glebe Care Centre

Staff always friendly and my brother always appears happy when I visit. As it may only be once or twice a week I can visit, I am unable to highlight many of the activities. One male staff member is very entertaining and a great assistance/asset to the home. Nurses and care assistants very good.

Home sweet home.

My husband has only been at the Glebe care centre since August 2019. I have no issues and the staff look after him well.

Continued excellent care and attention to resident's needs in care. Therapy dog, Rocco, has been a superb addition to the team at Glebe and the resident just loves dogs and children all his life so he has increasingly interacted with staff and become more confident. Delighted that he is so well looked after in a very caring environment.

I think the care is good. I am happy with the staff. The improvement in my husband's condition compared to when he came in is really good. He has been in Glebe for about 2 years, the staff are great at getting him to eat and drink when he is needing a hand.

I am happy enough in the home. The home does do their best for me.

The residents generally seem happy enough and well looked after. Generally, my Granny has been happy in the home.

Care is good, rooms are a good size, food is good.

Excellent care home, facilities and staff very attentive to my father's needs. I have no complaints to make regrading the staff- apart from maybe not enough at times and that is not the problem with them but rather with the overall running of a care home and restraints with either recruitment or money. I should also point out the manager is also very attentive and approachable with any worries or concerns we have.

As a person who visits the home on a regular basis has always found present and friendly staff, who are always there to answer any questions that I have. My mother is always in good form and her need has always been attended to. She is well looked after by the staff. Glebe has a very good staff and very caring.

I feel that the care is very good and my grandmother is happy with the level of care that she is receiving. The staff are all very pleasant and treat my grandmother with respect and dignity. Overall I am pleased with the level of care that she receives.
