Louisville Nursing Home

I think this home is very clean and well looked after. The staff are excellent and look after everyone with great care.

My mother has received excellent care and attention from all members of staff. They always make family and friends welcome and keep in good communication with relatives. I have never found my mum to be wanting. She is always happy, clean and well cared for. Thank you for all you do.

I found Louisville to be a most caring residence. The staff are exceptional care providers. The residents are happy, clean and well interacted with. The weekly activities are both entertaining and are enjoyed by both staff and residents. It is a safe, clean happy place full of love and respect towards the residence and for each other among the staff. The owner's appreciation for their staff is second to none.

Wonderful, caring staff, with great focus on the residents, their individual needs and wishes are never too much trouble.

A friendly atmosphere prevails in the care home. There is a willingness to respond to any questions I might have about my Sister's health and mood. My Sister has been very content there.

My father has been in Louisville Nursing Home for three months. He seems well cared for clean, however, he is unsettled this is due to his condition. I have no other experience of care homes but so far we are pleased that he is safely looked after. We are in agreement that he is in the best possible place given his dementia and Alzheimer's.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful and hardworking.

Staff at the facility are friendly and supportive. Common areas are somewhat tired looking however overall care is good.

I think the service in Louisville is brilliant. The staff, management are very friendly and very helpful. They are very friendly to me and they looked after and cared for my brother for many years for which I am very thankful and grateful.

My Granda stayed here for just under 2 weeks. This place needs to be updated badly, between carpets that are frayed and older than me to my granda's bed having no duvet cover on it, just a sheet, one pillow which should have been binned. You could feel every bar on the bed. Others people's clothes were put on him including a females vest. When I was visiting every day the residents were asking to use the toilet etc and were being ignored by some of the staff. I definitely think this place needs more comfortable surroundings for these elderly people. You are able to access the building by turning the lock on the front door. I think this should be more secure. I can't comment on the food.

The most important element of this home to satisfy my sister and I is that the kindness, humour and diligence of the staff is of a high order. The nursing she receives is to a high professional standard.

I have no issues regarding this home.

Mum is well cared for. She's settled in well and gets on with the staff.

My experience with the nursing home is very good. I don't have any complaint whatsoever.

If I had to go into a residential home I would have no hesitations going into Louisville Nursing Home.

Residents all seem to be happy and well presented. Staff are very attentive to needs of residents. Food looks nutritious and well presented. Rooms are clean and tidy. Updates on my brother are regular and I am always kept well informed of his needs and requirements.

My aunt is very well looked after in Louisville.
