Louisville Nursing home was established in the early 1990s and provides two-storey single accommodation for older people who require nursing care.

The home provides care for older people living with a range of health conditions and nursing needs and has a team of skilled and experienced staff who strive to provide a welcoming, caring and friendly environment for all residents and visitors to the home.

Palliative care can be provided to those who require it and the home has access to its own GP.

Louisville Nursing Home provides residents with access to passenger lifts and stairs for easy access around the home and provides full dining facilities and spacious lounge areas for socialising and relaxing. My mother has received excellent care and attention from all members of staff. They always make family and friends welcome and keep in good communication with relatives. I have never found my mum to be wanting. She is always happy, clean and well cared for. Thank you for all you do.

I found Louisville to be a most caring residence. The staff are exceptional care providers. The residents are happy, clean and well interacted with. The weekly activities are both entertaining and are enjoyed by both staff and residents. It is a safe, clean happy place full of love and respect towards
the residence and for each other among the staff. The owner's appreciation for their staff is second to none.

This is my first time and it won't be my last.
The staff have been very helpful day and night.
The management bend over backwards to help everyone. It's very clean and everyone gets on with everyone. If everything goes to plan I will be back.

Louisville staff are always very friendly and supportive, always keeping the family informed of any medical developments/requirements of the resident.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, to make the residents feel that Louisville is their home.
The residents are treated with dignity and kept
clean and tidy, including arranging haircuts, eye tests etc.
Residents personal and religious needs are met (masses arranged), birthday cakes, Christmas presents etc.
Overall, it is a very pleasant environment with excellent care and support.

My father has been in Louisville Nursing Home for three months. He seems well cared for clean, however, he is unsettled this is due to his condition. I have no other experience of care homes but so far we are pleased that he is safely looked after. We are in agreement that he is in the best possible
place given his dementia and Alzheimer's.

I think the service in Louisville is brilliant. The staff, management are very friendly and very helpful. They are very friendly to me and they looked after and cared for my brother for many years for which I am very thankful and grateful.

My Granda stayed here for just under 2 weeks. This place needs to be updated badly, between carpets that are frayed and older than me to my granda's bed having no duvet cover on it, just a sheet, one pillow which should have been binned. You could feel every bar on the bed. Others people's clothes
were put on him including a females vest. When I was visiting every day the residents were asking to use the toilet etc and were being ignored by some of the staff. I definitely think this place needs more comfortable surroundings for these elderly people. You are able to access the building by turning the lock on the front door. I think this should be more secure. I can't comment on the food.

I found Louisville Nursing Home to be a well established well-organised and welcoming place. The entrance hall is adequate, the room where my sister resides is large and comfortable with good ventilation, two large windows, well heated and obviously hygienically well cleaned. The surrounding corridors,
dining room, several communal rooms and toilets are well looked after.
The most important element of this home to satisfy my sister and I is that the kindness, humour and diligence of the staff is of a high order. The nursing she receives is to a high professional standard.

I find premises very easy to find very clean and comfortable for residents. Staff are always helpful and happy.
If I had to go into a residential home I would have no hesitations going into Louisville Nursing Home.

Residents all seem to be happy and well presented. Staff are very attentive to needs of residents. Food looks nutritious and well presented. Rooms are clean and tidy. Updates on my brother are regular and I am always kept well informed of his needs and requirements.

We have been attending relatives in Louisville nursing home for the past twenty years. In that time we have found the staff to be very kind and considerate. We have never had any complaints or problems in that time.
In conclusion, I would recommend this nursing home and all staff to anyone considering
