I couldn't complain. The staff are great and we get on very well. They are ready to help with anything I ask. They are all very good and so pleasant when speaking on the phone. What else can I say? I've absolutely no complaints.

As the sister of a resident I have to say I find my brother's care excellent, he is treated with dignity by all the staff, standard of care is excellent, support- food and drinks were given when asked for also at meal times. Staff pop in and see him when passing room, they involve him in everything. Management are also on the ball they phone me for anything he needs or they think he may need (i.e doctor or if he wants me to call) They are very supportive towards my brother and my family. I would recommend Louisville Nursing Home if I was asked by someone. I would like to take this chance to thank the management and staff for their care of all my brother's needs. Thank you all.
