In response to the issues you have raised, we have recently had some natural turnover of staff this has led us to complete a review of our skill mix to ensure safe and effective care can be provided to residents in all units throughout the home. All of the staff are committed to providing the best possible care experience for all of our residents and we are disappointed to hear that you feel this has not happened in your case. Staffing within the home is reviewed on a regular basis, using Four Seasons Health Care dependency tool (CHESS). However there are unfortunately occasions were last minute absence is reported, and while all possible measures are taken to replenish staff, this is not always successful. Thank you for bringing our attention to the previous manager named as a contact, this has now been rectified.
