My gran has recently moved into the nursing home and I must say she is the happiest she has ever been. The staff go over and above what is expected and she seems so happy and content. The manager has been so informative and welcoming since first meeting my gran in hospital. A fantastic nursing home.

Ardlough is such an amazing, warm, caring home from home. My dad spent the last six months of his life in Ardlough and I cannot say just how fantastic the whole team are who made him so comfortable and loved.

My mum came to Ardlough care home in August 2018. We had never expected for Mum to go into a home, we tried for 2 years to look after her. Since being accepted my mum's life with Alzheimer's has been treated with the greatest respect, dignity, fun and love. We have all come to know staff at Ardlough
as our second family. Mum and my family would be lost without them. Each and every one of them is amazing.

Care exceptional and the staff very friendly and helpful. A wee bit disappointed that my wife's back wound hasn't cleared up and returned to her chair.

Ardlough is very family oriented for me, my mum will be here coming 8 years. The staff (carers) are brilliant to my mum. The kitchen staff (chefs and assistant cook) are excellent. The nurses go out of their way to help, they phone me if my mum has to get new tablets or just feeling unwell.
I couldn't
have settled in Ardlough without the help of the secretary, 1st class and even would comfort me if upset. Overall my mum gets 100% care.

Ardlough has excellent facilities with great staff and amazing care. Staff at times are under extreme pressures and are very busy but through this, they remain professional and caring. I am sure staffing pressures can become extremely difficult at times and I wouldn't want it to affect the excellent
care my father receives. This is a great facility and I hope it remains that way.

Ardlough is a home from home for all the residents. The staff are very friendly and care for the residents really well. I can see for myself that my dad has settled in and that the staff are like his extended family. It's well maintained, clean and bright and would recommend Ardlough to anyone in a
similar situation.

Dad very relaxed and comfortable in the Ardlough Care Home due to the care and attention of a very caring and professional staff who seem to give their all under very busy and pressured conditions. Always on very busy shifts without complaining and sharing a chat and a smile to all the patients and
family when they pass. In short very busy caring and very much appreciated by myself and all our family.
