Review submitted from a Postal Card by Margaret G (Sister of Resident) on Wednesday 11 April 2018. Relates to March 2018.
My brother came to Meadowbank Care Home in mid-February.He had been in another facility for respite. He was very disorientated and fussy, but that day we could not believe how kind and courteous the manager and his staff were to both my brother and ourselves. This has continued and we find my brother has changed so much. The staff who work with him are so friendly and caring to him. Always greeted with a warm hello for us. I can't praise them highly enough.
