Fernery House Reviews (2)
Over all time Fernery House has 2 reviews.
The whole team have provided us with an exceptional level of care. They have demonstrated a real knowledge and ability for how to work with a young autistic adult and I feel confident in leaving my son in their care.
The service is safe and well-led. Residents are treated with respect and dignity. On our frequent visits, the atmosphere in the house is always calm and positive and our son is happier here than in previous houses. His views are always listened to and he is encouraged to be more independent. He enjoys the urban location and participating in community activities with staff support. Staff are approachable and supportive to us as parents. Our son can telephone and visit home whenever he requests. Fernery House is a friendly, caring and understanding service.
