Highbridge Court is a residential transitional service, supporting people with complex Mental Health needs. The service works with individuals, to build on their strengths, skills and resilience, enabling them to develop their own set of resources to self-manage and stay well.
Highbridge Court offers carefully planned and risk managed trialed independence within individual studio apartments and en-suite bedrooms. Each apartment has an individual kitchen, dining area and en-suite bedroom. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible throughout.
This service provides 24-hour support led by the home manager and well-trained, experienced and highly motivated staff team, who are supported by a Clinical team as required. Staff encourage and motivate each person to achieve optimum independence, whilst on their unique and individual journey.
