Beech Hall provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 64 residents in single en suite rooms each with a wet room. Beech Hall's facilities include a cinema room, coffee shop/ cafe and a number of quiet lounges. Beech Hall is able to support respite care as well as residents joining for permanent care.
The home benefits from a Tovertafel table which connects people and provides interactive entertainment for residents, especially those with dementia.

Mum's condition and general health have improved greatly since coming to Beech Hall. The staff encourage her to be as independent as possible and support is given only after discussing it with her and gaining her consent. Her room is clean, cosy and inviting and she has many of her own photos and...
Mum's condition and general health have improved greatly since coming to Beech Hall. The staff encourage her to be as independent as possible and support is given only after discussing it with her and gaining her consent. Her room is clean, cosy and inviting and she has many of her own photos and pictures on the walls and plenty of room for her belongings and bits and bobs from home. Our family are treated as friends when we visit and we are made very welcome. All the staff know Mum's name and seem to be familiar with her likes and dislikes and her personality - that goes for cleaning, catering and support staff as well as care staff. The ethos of the home seems to be to get to know residents so that all are treated as individuals with kindness, genuine care, and understanding. There is a full daily programme of activities to stimulate and entertain. As a family, we agonised about the decision to place Mum into care but we couldn't have found a better place for her.

Mum is very happy and content in Beech Hall. The staff are very caring and friendly, they treat Mum with love and respect. There are always plenty of activities for Mum to join in with. Mum says she can't fault it, the food is lovely and the staff look after her and take care of all her needs. The home and rooms are always clean and tidy. I would have difficulty finding a fault with the home.

Beech Hall is just the most wonderful place for my nana to spend her time. The team are incredible, so caring and supportive and really work hard to ensure that my nana's needs are met and communicate clearly with us, as a family, to make sure they know my nana as a person and provide truly personalised and holistic care. I have been visiting with my own daughter (1-year-old) since she was both always greeted warmly and feels part of the family. They go above and beyond to help us celebrate special times and everyone, from management, reception, care staff, catering and cleaning, are just fabulous!

The whole place is a joy to be in - the staff cannot do enough to help both the residents and friends and family - everyone is made to feel welcome.

Amazing care home, with fabulous staff whom I've witnessed go above a beyond their duties. The kindness shown to my mum lets me know she is well looked after and cared for.
The manager here is the nicest lady I've ever met, very kind and considerate in every way.

My dad is very settled and staff very helpful and friendly. We couldn’t ask for a better, friendly place, very clean and my dad loves being here and enjoys the activities they do with him. The food looks lovely.

Excellent care home, the kindest staff who treat my Dad with love and respect. I don't want my Dad to be in a care home but if he has to be somewhere I can't think of anywhere better. Excellent joint working with the GP service and so many activities to keep the residents occupied and mobile.
When my Dad went in the home the manager said we were all part of a big family and I didn't believe that could be true but 6 weeks down the line it really does feel like that.

A fabulous home with very caring staff who have made a very hard decision to put my Dad in a home more bearable. Lots of activities going on for residents. When we first arrived with Dad we were told we were now part of the Beech Hall family and it certainly feels like it.
