I began my journey with Crown Care Group in May 2016, bringing dedication and a commitment to excellence to every role. Throughout my tenure, I have served as a Care Home Manager in various locations, each offering unique opportunities to enhance my skills and make a positive impact.
I am now very proud to lead the luxurious Clarendon House Care Home in Buckingham, where I continue to provide exceptional care and operational management, ensuring residents enjoy a fulfilling and comfortable environment.
Through my roles, I have developed extensive expertise in creating supportive environments for residents and teams alike. My dedication to quality care and continuous improvement drives my approach, ensuring every resident feels at home and cared for with compassion.

As a Deputy Manager at Clarendon House it’s not just about overseeing care—it’s about leading with compassion and ensuring every resident feels valued and cared. It means balancing management skills with a heart for caregiving, making sure both the team and residents thrive.

I have had the privilege of working at Clarendon House since the day it opened, and it has been an incredible journey. As the Business Administrator, I take great pride in managing finances, coordinating services, and overseeing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our care home.

Working as a Lifestyle Manager at Clarendon House Care Home is truly a fulfilling experience. I work as a receptionist on weekends, and I truly enjoy spending time with residents and their families—whether it’s sharing memories, having a cup of tea and cake, or joining in on activities.
