Thank you to the exceptional team at Bavani Care Home for caring for my Dad. They have gone over and above again by arranging a birthday party for Dad and put a big smile on his face. Im very sure Dad enjoyed the cake and had a great time with the other residence celebrating his birthday. Thank you Bavani team...this is greatly appreciated!

My experience with Bavani Care Home has been outstanding from the moment of first contact. The decision to place my nan in a care home was very difficult for my family but even from the initial meeting, we were put at ease. All of the staff are lovely and really take care of my nan like she is one of the family, a welcome difference from what I have experienced visiting and speaking to other homes. The home itself is clean, homely and all the residents look well-kept and happy. The manager is really lovely and is always on hand to answer our millions of questions without any bother and has really helped put us at ease in the whole process with heaps of information and knowledge as well as comforting words. My nan has settled well and is enjoying her new home thanks to the great team at Bavani.
Thank you so much for the feedback. Our team was so pleased to read the review.
My father is so happy now, being with people and carers who put his needs first, who are attentive and patient.
Every time I visit my father, he's always laughing, this was not happening before a noticeable difference experience by all close family members.
Thank you, you are a godsend to my father and his family, we could not ask for more.
We thank you.

We think they go well above the standard one would expect of staff.
We feel confident that our relative is well looked after.

The care and attention appears to be high.
The manager appears to be on top of everything and has even secured an NHS profile bed for Mum as she is frail and weak at the moment.
There is open communication between the family and Bavani with a messaging service also available.
We recommend this establishment.
You are very welcome - thank you for your lovely review.
I have always been impressed by the compassion and care of the staff to the residents. Also, the atmosphere of the home is peaceful.
Thank you Graeme for your lovely review. Bavani Care Home highly appreciates your work with our residents. They all enjoy themselves when you come over. Thank you again.
Bavani Care Home is an outstanding home. I am very happy, there are several activities in the home. The staff are very caring. The staff are interactive with patients and caring for them. My uncle is well and well looked after. The place is absolutely spotless and clean. Overall I am happy my uncle is living at Bavani Care Home.
Thank you for sharing your recent experience of our home. We are pleased that it has been so positive and look forward to seeing you again soon. Have a fantastic day.
Ever since my friend has been at Bavani Care Home, my mind has been relaxed. The manager has been on top of things and very kind. She is very pleased to be here. All staff are kind and very helpful towards my friend.
Thank you for your kind words, we will share this with our team!
I could not have wished for a better place for my great aunt, who has experienced signs of dementia in recent years. I am extremely impressed by the staff who have been so welcoming on my visits and supportive of my requests for a few extra things that will make my aunt's life more comfortable and less lonesome when short-term memory appears suddenly. It is hard on the residents, hard on loved ones to watch dementia, and hard on the staff who look after them, who never lose their smile doing their job. Thank you.
Thank you for your honest and lovely review. We love looking after your aunt; she is a pleasure, and her singing brightens up our day. We look forward to seeing you soon.
The home is overall a good and well-provided home, being run by a well and knowledged provider who has sufficient experience and is friendly, honest and trustworthy. The overall care in this home is that it is run by care workers who are well experienced and are always helpful and attend to our needs in every manner whatever the situation is. The rooms are well portioned and kept cleaned at all times and well furnished to suit your needs even beautiful artwork on the walls, airy and spacious.
Activities are well maintained and kept well updated, there is even artwork to stimulate the mind and even books to read and we are even taken out to local shops and outings.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your lovely comments about your stay with us. We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the activities. Your comments will be passed on to the team.
I am very happy living here. I am happy with the care. I am happy with the food options. The staff are friendly, and the manager is outstanding. I am also happy with all the activities that go on in the home. It is warm, friendly and has a nice, clean atmosphere all around.
Thank you for your kind words! I shall relay your appreciation to our team.
The staff at this place are absolutely brilliant; they genuinely have residents' best interests at heart and go above and beyond to make their residents feel happy and at home. My brother has come a long way since being here and is extremely happy, as am I and the rest of the family. He had previously been in other homes, none of which he or the family was happy with. We can’t thank the staff enough for all they have done for my brother. I would highly recommend this care home.
Thank you, Hannah, for the lovely review - your kind words will be passed on to our team.
Bavani Care home provides support for my sister, my impression is that the home has proved to be a very safe and secure place for my sister who has always seemed very happy with her accommodation and care. The home is always clean and tidy and provides for all her needs, she has never complained about any aspect of her care and her condition has improved considerably during her time in the home. The staff are always attentive and treat her with great respect and patience and have been able to manage her smoking and other needs. I cannot comment on meals or costs as I have never visited during meal times but my sister says she enjoys the food and the costs are bore by social services and the NHS, I presume. I haven’t seen much evidence of activities during the normal day but the home has always given her parties and cakes on special occasions and birthdays which is nice to see. I had not realised that she was also being taken out so perhaps some reporting back on these activities would be helpful.
Thank you, Keith, for a lovely review, I will pass this on to the team.
My uncle came to the Bavani Care Home last year after being in hospital for a few months. The staff at Bavani were very welcoming, supportive and caring in assisting my uncle to settle into his new residence. I live overseas, and due to Covid, I was unable to see the home prior, however; the staff reached out and continued to keep me informed. As my uncle is a very fussy eater, the home went out of its way, including making special meals to his liking. They took him out shopping to visit his sister, who is also in a home. The 9-bed home feels like a family, and the manager is absolutely exceptional! He is empathetic, caring and supportive, and each resident is like a family member. I feel the care, service, and support are outstanding with a very personalised approach. Thank you, Bavani Care, for your outstanding care and support!
Thank you so much for your kind words. Myself and the team really appreciate such positive feedback
