I have worked in the care sector since 2012. I have progressed from Activities Coordinator through to Senior Carer and then became a Deputy Manager in 2018.

I joined Barchester Healthcare in October 2019 as the Deputy Manager for this beautiful care home. I have since progressed and I have now proudly been the General Manager since March 2022.

I am passionate about being involved in the delivery of high-quality care for our Residents. I have always found working in care extremely rewarding and have a passion for Dementia care.

Hello, my name is Emma and I'm the Deputy Manager here at Denmead Grange Care Home. I have always worked in Health and Social care and I have always been passionate about supporting the Elderly within the community. I work closely with the General Manager and take leadership in their absence. I am very proud to be part of Denmead Grange and Lead a team to deliver the highest level of quality care to our residents.

My previous job was working with the Local District nursing team and I have been visiting Denmead Grange since it opened.

I am here to help families discover how our beautiful home may help to meet the needs of themselves or their loved ones. This is a wonderful home, full of love and warmth, smiles and happiness, of residents living well and enjoying life with long-serving dedicated staff who are making a positive difference every day.

I have known Denmead Grange since 2020, when I was working as a Specialist Dementia Coach for the NHS, and I know how very well regarded it is locally.

Being Head of life enrichment is not a job it is a passion. Vicky has been working in the health and social care sector for 23 years. Vicky has already been working at Denmead Grange for a year as a valued Senior Carer. Vicky already has extensive knowledge about the home and our residents which means she already has an insight into what the resident enjoy. Vicky is looking forward to her role as she believes that Life Enrichment is a truly rewarding role where she can ensure everyday is meaningful to the people we care for. My aim is to ensure that our residents get to continue doing the things they love, trying new things and extending their skills and knowledge. My goal each day is to bring enjoyment, laughter and smiles to everyone at Denmead Grange!

Hello, my name is Craig and I am the Head Chef at Denmead Grange Care Home. I create an outstanding daily menu tailor these menus around residents and ensure I deliver person-centred hospitality.

I work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes cooked at the highest quality and standards to create a warm, efficient and fun environment in our resident's homes.

I have been working in care for 17 years and 2 years ago I came to Denmead Grange.

I find care a rewarding career and love how each resident gets treated with respect and dignity.

I have been working in care for 15 years. Previously I worked with adults with learning disabilities. I love working at Denmead being with the elderly and learning about their life stories. I also love the diversity of each day.

I'm Pam, and I am a Senior Carer here at Denmead Grange. I have worked in a caring capacity all my life. I was a nurse before having my sons, and I believe in delivering the very best care. One son also works here; we both love supporting our residents.

Outside of work, I have a new home, a wedding to prepare for and am working on my degree; life is never dull.

Please call me Mitch. I'm a carer, and my role is wonderful because I simply love supporting our residents, sharing precious moments and helping them make each day special.

Like other staff, my partner (now fiancée) works here too, we are both happy to commit to somewhere so well run, where people are treated as we would both wish to be - with care, kindness, time, patience and warmth.

Outside of work, I am finishing up a recently purchased house. I love gardening and especially flowers, so always lots to do. Peonies and magnolias are my favourites.

I'm a Senior Carer here at Denmead Grange and have been here from Day 1.

My role here is hugely fulfilling. I know the team, and I make a difference daily for our residents. We have the time to create and nurture relationships and the time to truly care, which I do deeply.

Outside of work, I have 2 treasured grandchildren who keep me busy, and I relax with crime and thriller novels

I'm Ayshea. I joined the housekeeping team after a career in care, and I love how I am able to engage in such a wonderful way with residents while maintaining their beautiful home. I particularly enjoy being in our Memory Lane.

Outside of work, I have 2 daughters and grandchildren, so there is little time to be bored. I really enjoy gigs and have been to Victorious, Usher and really love Country music too.

I have been in the construction industry for 15 years and the last 5 are in maintenance in a care home.

I love how no two days are the same in my job.

I enjoy keeping Denmead in tip-top condition and interacting with residents and staff.

I'm Jayne, and I have had the pleasure of working with our residents for over 2 and a half years.

I have had previous experience in a care home, but I enjoy being able to build relationships and getting to really know our residents. I love being part of a real team; it is definitely a whole team approach here.

I have enjoyed a career in care and chose to work in Denmead Grange full-time because of the variety of people I could work with to support. I love the atmosphere here; it is such a happy home, the team is wonderful, and the food is quite amazing. I'd recommend the fish and chips on a Friday - the chips are exceptional, and the fish is so fresh in a light batter. Oh, and the brownies are wonderful too. Seeing residents enjoy life is really fulfilling, and knowing I, indeed we, make such a positive difference means so much.

I am currently the Admin Assistant at Denmead Grange. I have recently taken on the responsibility as the Speak Up Champion. I volunteered to take on this role as I am very passionate about protecting our resident's safety and their quality of care.

I enjoy a couple of roles here and love the variety. As a hostess, I bring joy - the food is so exceptionally good, I am very popular when delivering deliciousness. As an Assistant Activities coordinator, there is great pleasure in getting really involved with residents having great fun. I started Knit and Knatter (something I love at home too), and the gardening club is another passion. I'm learning so much from residents.
