My mum went in for 2 weeks of respite care following a fall. The staff went out of their way to make Mum feel safe and cared for. Her care was nothing short of excellent. Their Covid-19 arrangements made us feel safe and secure, they are Covid-free which I believe is very rare at any business which
is a testament to the whole team. If we were looking for a care home for Mum on a permanent basis we would not hesitate to come back here, it’s worth every penny!

Elworth Grange is a fabulous care home; they have taken great care of my mum who has Alzheimer's and can be extremely difficult at times! She is always included in all the activities that are held on a daily basis, which she seems to enjoy. The staff are amazing, and I have total confidence that my
mum is always looked after and very well cared for. Thank you to the manager and all the staff at Elworth Grange.

From my first call to the management team, my concerns and requirements (for my uncle) were handled with extreme understanding and efficiency. The admission process, despite Covid and New Year holidays, was accelerated to get my uncle into this beautiful, safe environment, surrounded by care and fully-trained,
compassionate people to make his days fun filled and colourful.
Everybody involved in the paperwork, admin, assessment, Covid testing, admission, settling process, catering, was totally committed to their part in the chain and communicated to and supported me at all stages.
Everything promised prior to arrival has been achieved and my uncle is happy, settled, valued, clean, warm, fed and safe - surrounded by care and professionalism from smiley staff.
I see his daily activities through Facebook updates and know he’s in the very best place and that I did the right thing choosing Elworth Grange.

It was difficult to accept that our sister needed to leave her beloved bungalow and move into residential care. After careful consideration as a family, we chose Elworth Grange because of its luxurious facilities and promise of excellent care. When my sister moved into Elworth Grange she received the
warmest welcome and was immediately made to feel very special. Within days she settled in beautifully and it was clear from her smile that she was blossoming and engaging in regular events and activities. The warmth and care shown by the team are truly outstanding. They take time to get to know and understand the personal needs of their residents and made the transition from independent living to Elworth Grange remarkably smooth and successful. It is so reassuring to know that Jean is happy, content and thriving in the care of Elworth Grange. You really are a five-star establishment and a five-star team and we cannot thank you enough!

Very pleasant and caring staff. Rooms are very modern and hotel-like rather than old fashioned - the menu looks superb. Plenty of activities and various things going on with updates on Facebook which the whole family could see - especially as we couldn't visit due to Covid.

Mother appears to be well settled and has increased her weight due to all the good food. She has responded to taking her medications as appropriate. Hearing issues still need to be resolved as discussed with the manager.

Mum was well looked after and cared for and enjoyed her stay whilst my husband and I had some well-earned respite. Mum lives with us in our home so respite is especially beneficial to us all. We hope very soon that Mum could return for a second visit.

My mum has been with Elmworth Grange for a couple of months now, her wellbeing has improved considerably and so has her safety. Although lockdown is difficult for loved ones, the social platform Facebook is used appropriately to let families know their loved ones are being involved in activities being
looked after and can see them physically. Look forward to visiting soon.
