We wanted mum to have experiences that were meaningful to her and for her to be treated as an individual. The Vida Court team have done that consistently since she came to live with them 6 months ago. Mum has been shown such care and kindness by all the staff. They have brought her out of her shell with their warmth, sensitivity and humour and looked after her physically with great care and dedication.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. I will pass this back to the Vida Court team!

My friend, for whom I also have Power of Attorney, was one of the first residents in her house at Vida Court, having moved there in December 2021. I am so pleased that she settled well and any initial difficulties in her adjusting to a new environment were met and managed so efficiently, professionally and with great care, kindness and consideration by the staff. I was consulted in full about my friend's settlement and subsequent care needs and I continue to be very impressed with the creativity and compassion demonstrated by the team in meeting her needs. Vida Court is a modern, clean, airy and well-planned care setting with views over the surrounding countryside and a well planted and inviting courtyard area which contributes to a calm and peaceful environment. What is particularly good for my friend is the garden room leading to an outside terrace that is nicely planted and to which she has free and independent access. Car parking and access for visitors is good.
Thank you for your review and kind words. I will pass this back to the team at Vida Court!

I can't thank Vida Court enough after the sudden passing of my father we had the hardest decision to place my mother into a care home. From my first initial contact with Vida Court I knew this was where I wanted my mum to stay. My mother moved into Vida Court in April and the staff have been absolutely amazing settling my mum in so quickly. I can honestly say my mum is flourishing now it’s actually the happiest we have seen her in quite a few years. I can not recommend Vida Court and the staff enough they work so hard to give them such a good life.
Thank you so much for your kind words. I will ensure your review is passed on to the team. Thank you.
