Foley Grange at Silverwoods Kidderminster is a beautifully decorated home, very clean and light and airy, always spotlessly clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bedroom is always clean and tidy laundry service is very good. My mother-in-law has told me she is very happy to be there and that the staff look after her very well, they are very kind to her. The staff also help with outside appointments ie hearing tests and new hearing aids. My mother-in-law has not been at Foley Grange for very long, but she has settled really well and it has given me peace of mind knowing that she is happy in herself and here environment.

Beautiful, clean communal areas (decorated very tastefully for Easter). Lovely room, clean, with a feeling of home. Helpful, kind staff. Good security. It is the type of place I'd want to live in if I weren't independent. The best facilities I've ever seen. All staff should be proud.

The initial viewing to Foley Grange Care Home with my daughter started with a wonderful reception from all the staff. This followed by my respite experience of staying there for 2 weeks, it was very very good. Staff and residents were very friendly and made me feel welcome at the home. The food was excellent and no shortage of it at anytime of the day if needed. The layout of the home is easy to navigate around and the decor was modern and clean. After all said the security and safety for residents was of the highest standard. Thank you.

After a first viewing visit. I found that the home is immaculate and all the staff extremely polite with nothing too much trouble. My mother has settled in so well and we know that she is safe, secure and well looked after. She gets involved in most of the activities and always have a smile on her face. Can not thank the management team and carers for all their help, advise, and welcome. Cannot recommend enough.

Would like to say a big thank you to management and staff for all the care and support they provide. My dad had a difficult time adjusting to being in a care home and I can only say how helpful, kind and caring towards my dad's needs and also how comfortable they made him feel, he is now one of the Foley Grange family and loves it. His room is immaculate and cleaned and checked every day, his washing is collected and returned and hung for him. He enjoys his meals socialising in the lovely dining rooms. Everyone is so helpful. He loves all the entertainment provided and they always involve everyone but they never push anyone if they don't want to join in. I cannot say enough for the kindness shown by all the staff, I know my dad is in the wonderful caring home of Foley Grange.

Standards have improved greatly, some of the meals that my family members have received lately, are of a really high standard. I have seen major changes all positive. The Care Manager is easy to talk to and the new Manager is always available and welcoming. I look forward to the new year for my family member

My father is a quiet and humble man, thus going into an environment that requires more contact with people than he has normally been used to was extremely daunting for him, and a major concern for us, his family. Neither he nor us knew what to expect. We needn't have worried. Foley Grange very quickly put all our concerns behind us. My father was at ease with his surroundings extremely quickly. The excellent management team, the care team, actually, every one of the wonderful team at Foley Grange, seem to go that extra mile to make sure the best possible care is given. It's so wonderful how the Foley crew made father feel like he's one of the family and in a very comfortable home. We would highly recommend Foley Grange to anyone who wishes the best care for their loved one.

The home is immaculate, and it is so lovely that they allow the residents to help out when they want to. Gives them their independence, and makes them feel a part of the home.
My mum has been in Foley Grange Care home since November 2023, she has now settled in very well. The staff are friendly and caring towards Mum and make you feel welcome any time of the day when visiting. In recent months Mum has not been very well after 3 nasty falls, the staff looked after her well and made sure her needs were fulfilled. The cleanliness, laundry, activities, food and drink are excellent. Knowing Mum is being looked after 24/7 has been very comforting to me. Thank you Foley Grange.
Dad moved here over 2 years ago when it first opened. He is happy here enjoys having company and thinks very highly of all the staff. It is a great comfort to know, he is safe, and well looked after. There are always a friendly welcome from the staff and other residents when we visit. All the staff are kind caring and extremely patient. Don't think we could have found anywhere better.
We are very happy with the care mom has received in the ten months she has been there.
