Such a helpful and kind team @ Foley. I have experienced other friend's relatives in care and this home is by far the best. Such a lovely caring and kind team, nothing is ever any trouble at all.
The home is immaculate, and it is so lovely that they allow the residents to help out when they want to.
Gives them their independence, and makes them feel a part of the home.

My mum has been in Foley Grange Care home since November 2023, she has now settled in very well. The staff are friendly and caring towards Mum and make you feel welcome any time of the day when visiting. In recent months Mum has not been very well after 3 nasty falls, the staff looked after her well
and made sure her needs were fulfilled. The cleanliness, laundry, activities, food and drink are excellent. Knowing Mum is being looked after 24/7 has been very comforting to me. Thank you Foley Grange.

Dad moved here over 2 years ago when it first opened. He is happy here enjoys having company and thinks very highly of all the staff. It is a great comfort to know, he is safe, and well looked after. There are always a friendly welcome from the staff and other residents when we visit. All the staff
are kind caring and extremely patient. Don't think we could have found anywhere better.

I went to Foley Grange for 2 Weeks of respite in April. I was looking to find out what care home living was like. The facilities there are excellent, nothing is ‘missing’. The care I received was excellent, as were the staff, nothing was too much trouble and they all seemed happy. Cleanliness is clearly
paramount. It was spotless. The food and drink were both varied and abundant, and very nice! Management was excellent, if something wasn’t as you expected, you just needed to say. Safety and security were not an issue at any time, my room was lovely, I particularly liked the 3/4 bed! I don’t feel qualified to comment on ‘activities ‘ as I wasn’t there long enough, but there always seemed to be something going on! Similarly, with ‘value for money ‘ I don’t know what local care homes charge, so I don’t feel qualified to comment. Overall I enjoyed my 2 weeks in Foley Grange thank you to everyone, both staff and residents.

My friend has been in the care home for approximately 2 years and I have been visiting him every week.
The staff are very friendly and caring towards the residents and make you feel welcome when visiting no matter what time of day. It has been a welcoming experience when I have been asked to stay for
lunch as it makes it more personal for the person you are visiting.
Always get asked if I would like a drink when visiting.
The staff always have a caring approach.

I cannot recommend this care home more highly. Everything is outstanding, from the management, the staff, the overall care and cleanliness - no issues whatsoever. Anyone requiring an outstanding care home for a loved one should look no further.

My mother has been looked after for 16 months at Foley Grange. In that time, the staff have been wonderful with her, and I'm sure if Mum hadn't got this awful dementia, she would have dung their praises also.

My Mum never thought that she would end up in a home as she always said she 'wasn't a herd animal'. However, her mobility issues, due to her Parkinson's, were becoming steadily worse and she was becoming increasingly afraid of falling at home. Coming to Foley Grange has been a revelation to her. She
is treated with dignity and respect by all of the staff and is beginning to make friendships. Her life has taken on a richness and variety that was lacking before as she was isolated and lonely living in a house that she loved but which had become too big for her. She loves having nothing to worry about any more, all her needs are being met, she loves the food and she has a much more interesting social life due to all of the daily planned activities which means that she is not relying upon the TV for company. It is such a relief to her and her family to have peace of mind knowing that she is now living in a warm, safe and secure environment. Mum is happy and content, so thank you Foley Grange.

Historically, for people of your mum’s generation, care homes did not have the best reputation but I think it’s fair to say that Foley Grange is a world away from the home she was imagining. Dad came to this care home in September. He always said he wanted to stay at home. Unfortunately, his dementia progressed and started going out in the evening and forgetting where he lived. I live in Birmingham.
Dad's first week in the home was good, he settled well, appears to have accepted the home.
He said he was comfortable and well looked after and enjoyed the meals.

Having worked in care for a very long time I can only say that all care homes should be like Foley Grange, this home is amazing, not just the fixtures and fittings but the whole experience of an elderly person living there, nothing is too much trouble, the staff go above and beyond each person is treated
with love and care.
There never seems to be a week that goes by when the staff are trying to encourage different activities, functions and parties for the residents to enjoy.

Foley Grange is a beautiful home. The facilities are excellent. My Dad has been at Foley Grange for eight months and I generally have no worries. Ideally, we would have liked Dad to have remained at home but sadly this could not be. The staff on the first floor along with management laundry housekeeping
and kitchen are all very kind and caring. I feel that the staff go that extra mile trying to involve residents and fill their days with activities and trips to barbers, the pub, bowling, and garden centres. We are always made welcome as a family and have built up good relationships with the staff. I feel that although Dad's Dementia is progressing quite rapidly this is a home I am happy for him to be at. Well done Foley Grange and thank you.

My mum spent the last few months of her life at Foley Grange and I truly wish she had moved in there much much earlier than she did. The home is so thoughtfully designed and well built and equipped, so beautifully furnished and decorated, and the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional, the
care given to Mum was better than I could ever have imagined or hoped for, and I can honestly say that her general health and welfare appeared to be better than I can recall seeing her at any point over the last 15 years.
We always visited unannounced and always found her to be clean, well presented and very well cared for. I cannot thank the staff at Foley Grange enough, for how they have cared for Mum. Well done Foley Grange.

Mum has been at Foley Grange since November last year and we are very confident in the level of care and kindness she is receiving. Activities are organised daily - the most recent being the Armed Forces Day with a BBQ, nostalgic songs being played and a live singer, all of which were enjoyed outside
in the sunshine and was a really lovely afternoon. The client/carer ratio is excellent, there is always someone on hand and the carers know the residents and their various needs, likes and dislikes. This all supports the superior level of care provided. When researching care homes one of our criteria was that we should be able to visit Mum whenever we wished to, without prior notice and the fact that this, together with the excellent standard of amenities/facilities (we watched it being built from the ground up), made our decision easier. Knowing that Mum is so well cared for, made a traumatic and difficult time bearable. My family and I would fully recommend Foley Grange.

My father recently had a two week respite stay. From the initial viewing, reservation and booking the procedure was straightforward helped by the Front of house and home manager. My Father had a lovely comfortable room with all the private facilities. My Father commented that all the staff were helpful,
friendly and caring nothing was too much trouble and the food was wonderful. Already planning his next stay. A big thank you to all the staff for making my father's short stay enjoyable.

Mum has been here for ten months now and is enjoying her time. There are lots of activities and clubs to get involved with. She has become more confident in using her walker as there are always staff around to help her if she gets into difficulty. She likes the food as the menu changes daily and is
different for each week. When it was national pie week the residents were asked which were their favourite pies and these were added to the menu. Last month Mum went on a day trip to a car factory and museum which she loved. They also have entertainers come to the home to sing or play instruments and the residents are encouraged to join in. All her medication is ordered and given to her so she doesn't have to worry about it (and neither do I). She has really thrived since coming here and I am glad I found such a lovely place. There is always a good atmosphere and the staff are caring and helpful. No extra has to be paid for a hairdresser or chiropodist with the all-inclusive price.
