Hi. My name is Audrene, and I am the General Manager here at Cadbury Hall.
My experience of working in healthcare and with the elderly began when I was 16 years old as a Kitchen Assistant in a care home. I grew up watching my mother be a nurse to many - healing, treating and supporting her patients with their health and well-being, and it is from here that my passion grew from childhood for the nursing profession.
I am a Registered Nurse, and I have worked in various roles including District Nursing, Deputy Manager, Regional Clinical Development Nurse and now I’m delighted to have been promoted to the General Manager of Cadbury Hall. I have various qualifications; however, the one I’ve recently completed is the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management. This qualification has helped me to further understand myself as a leader and manager.
I have a caring and compassionate nature for elderly care, and I aim to maintain and promote good health and well-being for all Cadbury Hall residents. I look forward to bringing all the experiences and knowledge that I have gained over the years to support the residents in our care, with the main aim of providing a positive life experience. It is a passion of mine to serve this age group, and I look forward to managing and leading the brilliant team at Cadbury Hall.
Please feel free to pop in and have a chat; my door is always open. Hope to see you soon.

I have a strong commitment to helping Elderly residents and making sure their needs are satisfied with the utmost professionalism and care. I'll always put person-centred care first and promote everyone's wellbeing.
In order to maintain our high standards of care and a welcoming environment for both residents and staff, I assist our general manager with the day-to-day operations of the Cadbury Hall care home. In addition, we invest in our team's development by collaborating closely with colleagues to offer resources, encouragement, and training. I'm committed to upholding the respect and dignity of the residents we care for.

Hi, I'm Dee. I have been working as an administrator for many years, and I was proud to join the Barchester team here at Cadbury Hall some time back as our Home Administrator.
Outside of work, I like to spend time line dancing and am also a line dance teacher and judge. I have competed in the World Dance Masters Circuit and have won World and European championship awards.
My name is Bibin Biju. I am from the southern part of India, Kerala, and I moved to the UK in 2022. I am a qualified medical doctor in India and completed my graduation from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
After arriving in the UK, I began my career as a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Sister Home, Cornwall, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in supporting elderly residents with dignity, compassion, and respect. I later progressed to the role of Team Leader at Cadbury Hall, where I support both residents and staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
I am very happy to be part of the Cadbury Hall team. I have a genuine passion for caring for older people and find great satisfaction in supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Building trusting relationships with elderly residents and helping them live comfortably and safely gives me great fulfilment. Caring for older people is not just my job—it is a pleasure and a meaningful part of my life.
Hi, I'm Tracy, Head Housekeeper at Cadbury Hall.
I have over 10 years of housekeeping experience with the police before moving into the care sector.
I moved to Cadburyhall because I enjoy the satisfaction and the personal connection to the residents. No, two days are not the same, thanks to the wonderful residents I get to engage with day in and day out.
I hope to maintain high standards and grow my housekeeping team, with a view to keeping the resident at the heart of everything we do.
In my spare time, I love to get away in my caravan with my two beautiful dogs called, Bailey and Sky.
Hi, I'm Paul, head chef here at Cadbury Hall. I started in December 2025. I have a 38-year career as a chef behind me, working in a variety of Hotels & Restaurants in England and Europe. I have owned and managed my own restaurant and cafe in the past. This is my first venture into the care sector, a challenge I am relishing (never too old to learn!). Food is often the heart and soul of the family, a time to sit, chat, laugh, and discuss life, and I believe this is what we are all about here at Cadbury Hall. Bringing the family together through our meal times. I believe in fresh, healthy and sometimes a little bit of naughtiness in our food. As far as I'm concerned Food is both for sustenance and pleasure."
I am passionate about using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and creating food that is both high quality and sustainable, with a strong focus on minimising waste. In my role, I oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, purchasing, and leading kitchen teams to deliver consistent, enjoyable dining experiences.
Having previously run my own café business as a chef proprietor, I bring both hands-on culinary expertise and a strong understanding of kitchen management and customer-focused hospitality. Supporting, mentoring, and training young chefs has always been an important part of my career.
I hold a Diploma of Higher Education in European Catering Studies and continue to take pride in delivering food that is thoughtful, well-prepared, and made with care.
Hi, my name is Carmen, 24 years old, and my job role at Cadbury Hall Care Home is that of Team Leader. I have been working in the care sector for 5 years.
I started as a care assistant in one of the sister homes in Wales, where I learned what it means to care for people that are vulnerable and to share the sense of empathy. I had the opportunity to grow my skills, expand my knowledge and build my career, being promoted to Senior Carer at Cadbury Hall in February of 2024, through learning opportunities such as different clinical trainings and not only.
I left in May of 2025 due to personal reasons, but my mind remained thinking about Cadbury Hall, which brought me back in November of 2025, with new experiences and plenty of knowledge, which I am able to share with the team, now in a new position. Having also a very good understanding of regulatory bodies and procedures, I ensure the team is providing excellent and safe care, with the residents’ wishes and needs for a personalised care delivery.
I take pride and joy in my job, and I want to show you what a day of work includes as a Team Leader of a very caring and compassionate team. Do not hesitate to come in and chat with me if you have any questions. I will do my best to find the answer that you are looking for!
I Joined Cadbury Hall in October 2025
I live in Clevedon, I have two grown-up sons and a dog. I have travelled extensively and spent 6 years in Germany, working as a Technical Illustrator for Deutsche Airbus
Previously worked in domiciliary care and dementia care before moving to Activities
