Dear Alexander,
Thank you for your heart-warming words and the support you and your parents gave to Nightingale Court. It was a great pleasure to look after your dear grandmother and to know you all as members of our big family. We will miss those moments but as we said will keep in touch and you always will be welcome to spend some time in the garden remembering good times on the bench gifted by your family. Your grandmother will live in our hearts forever.
Hi S T, Thank you so much for your review and kind words about our home. All our staff at Nightingale Court enjoy making sure our residents' needs are met and that they are happy. We are so pleased that your mum has settled in well and is enjoying her time with us. It is good to hear that we have made such a good impression on you and we hope that you continue to enjoy your experience with us. I'm sure our activities coordinator will continue to provide fun and exciting entertainment.
Thank you for taking time to share your feelings and experience. We are so privileged to care of your dear mum and it is always a pleasure to welcome you and those who are visiting her.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, which will be cascaded to our dedicated staff team. We are all happy to look after your dear grandmother and always enjoy welcoming you and her family into our home.
I cannot explain the joy of visiting the home yesterday to find my mum in the lounge singing away with the lovely musician entertaining the residents. During the last 6 weeks, all staff have tried very hard to settle her in and helped her socialise and she was having none of it but their hard work has paid off and she is settled and happy, and this week has had all her pictures from home put up in her bedroom. The cleanliness and the standard of food is excellent. 100% satisfied.
On behalf of the whole team thank you for your kind words. Your mum is a wonderful person and we are so pleased she has joined us at Nightingale Court. It's lovely to see your mum joining in with the activities.
Our bell was found to be broken, but unreported. We have now taken measures to connect it to the Nurse Call system under 'Front Door - immediate response required'. It was very unfortunate. The receptionist sometimes has to leave her desk to assist in matters around Nightingale Court, and leaves the front desk unattended for a while from time to time. This area is key-coded on both access and exit doors for security due to the needs of our Client Group. I am not sure why the other areas are scored badly, we have a full time entertainment manager, the food is freshly cooked each day by professional Chefs, and all these areas have had 5 stars from the vast majority of guests and residents alike. I would guess these were rated low due to the anger caused at the front door. We will arrange a meeting with this reviewer to ascertain her full concerns this week.

I started working for the company around a year ago, initially joining as Head of Care. From here I have grown and progressed within the Home, working my way swiftly to the position of Deputy Manager, before, more recently being promoted to Home Manager.
I have worked in the Care sector for around 9 years now, starting my career as an agency carer, motivated by a personal circumstance that helped me realise my passion.
I enjoy caring for the elderly, especially those living with Dementia, as I feel strongly that no one's quality of life should be compromised based on their cognition.
I aim to make sure that everyone who resides with us is provided with the highest level of care and feels safe in their environment.
I am proud of Nightingale Court and the team who work here, who are all striving towards a shared goal of respecting the wishes and preferences of our residents.
I have been with the company for 3 years now and have been at Nightingale Court since the very first day.
You will mostly find me smiling behind the front desk, ready to welcome you into our lovely home to visit your loved ones.
In addition to this, I carry out administrative tasks within the home alongside managing the recruitment and onboarding of our wonderful staff.
I love working in the care environment because I love making a difference every day.
