Located in the beautiful Ratton area of Eastbourne, Hallmark Willingdon Park Manor is a spectacular 85-bed luxury care home offering award-winning residential, nursing, dementia care. The staff at Willingdon Park Manor work hard to ensure residents and their families feel welcome, comfortable and at home. The home offers generous hospitality to families. They are good at fostering a sense of community - my father and I were offered the use of the cinema to enjoy a high-profile sporting
event! They go out of their way to have on hand favourite branded foods, identify established routines, maintain said routines and offer a friendly face at all times.

Willingdon Park Manor rescued us. Any teething problems are listened to with respect and care and I feel we are part of the team trying to help Dad settle in. No home is perfect but all the team are trying their best to make it so.

I needed a Care Home with an immediate vacancy where my mum would be safe, comfortable, well cared for and happy.
Willingdon Park Manor is decorated and furnished to a very high standard but maintains a homely feel. The bedrooms, the great variety of indoor shared areas and the gardens are beautiful.
The staff team is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, passionate about what they do, proud to be part of the team and treat everyone with dignity and respect.
After 20+ years of living alone and being fiercely independent, Mum was a little slow to settle in. They understood this and reassured her and spoke with me to see if together we could find ways to help her adjust. She is now safe, comfortable, well cared for, happy and loving life, having her hair and nails done every week, participating in the activities arranged every day and enjoying the excellent food and varied and imaginative menus.
Willingdon Park Manor and the team are amazing and I cannot recommend this home highly enough.

The transition of Mum moving into the home has been very smooth, Mum gets involved with a variety of activities and so much to explore. It's very flexible.
The care given to Mum is great.
The experience so far has been outstanding. Staff are all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

The care, facilities, accommodation and staff are all excellent. The staff were very understanding during the admission process, and whilst my mum has only been at the home for a month or so, the care provided has been excellent, with a wide range of social activities.

I have found all aspects of the home and staff excellent, both in terms of flexibility in accommodating my mums admission and her subsequent care and wellbeing. Our overall experience thus far has been outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for the residents,
family and friends etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone.

My brother is the first resident of Willingdon Park Manor which is a newly built and recently opened care home. On arrival, he was warmly welcomed and soon settled into a friendly and caring environment. It was a big lifestyle change for him and he was greatly helped to adjust by the support of the
first-class staff. The standard of the facilities at the home are excellent, with good rooms, good food and great care and he will be very happy there.

I am incredibly proud to be the General Manager for Hallmark Care Homes’ amazing new home, Willingdon Park Manor. I have worked in adult social care for fifteen years, during which time I achieved an Outstanding rating for an Acquired Brain Injuries home in Eastbourne. I have been at Hallmark Care Homes for nine years, where my most recent role was General Manager at our Brighton care home, Maycroft Manor.


Willingdon Park Manor is a beautiful 85-bed home, which is being built with the latest award-winning design innovations that Hallmark Care Homes has been recognised for. The team and I are so proud to be part of this amazing project and cannot wait to show everyone this amazing home.
