I moved my father recently into Peveral Green after this dementia deteriorated and he needed additional support. After viewing a few properties, it was clear Peveral Green was the best and most suitable place for him.
He has been there now 6 weeks and we are already seeing significant improvements
in his general health. The whole team are all very caring and friendly, they all go out of their way for the residents as well as supporting residents' families.
The facilities and services offered are exceptional, as too are the staff's attention to detail and willingness to help him in any way they can, whilst encouraging him to participate in activities and fully supporting him with eating/drinking and personal care.
He is now in a safe and caring place which helps put our minds at rest and he has already settled in extremely well.
Would definitely recommend Peveral Green to anyone looking for this type of facility.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
All of the staff are very friendly and have a caring attitude. They are able to provide a precis of how Mum is doing each day and we are made to feel at home and comfortable when we visit. The food is cooked fresh and is delicious with a varied choice each day. This is making a difference to Mum as
it has helped her to gain some weight which makes her stronger. We visited on Easter Sunday and along with other families enjoyed an amazing lunch all together. The staff had all made a real effort to make it nice with Easter decorations and chocolates too. We feel that all of the staff are patient, diligent and caring, making sure that every resident is very well looked after. They are helping Mum with her walking and encouraging her to interact with the other residents. Mum is always clean and well-dressed. The staff are able to answer any questions that we have, whether it is about Mum's care or admin issues and always listen to any concerns sympathetically.
