Sam has been in the Care Sector for 20 years and through this journey she has had the privilege of meeting amazing residents and working with amazing people. Sam finds great fulfilment and a sense of purpose in supporting those she cares for. One key thing she has learnt over the years is that communication and transparency are key to maintaining good relationships and creating a thriving team. Sam believes that no matter the style and size of the home you live in, what’s most important is how you feel when you are there. Home is where you are free to be your authentic self, and this is certainly something that Sam strives for. Sam loves integrating with the residents and team members and bringing a sense of community within the Home creating a culture where Care is driven by those who receive it.
Karen has worked in health and social care for 40+ years, as a Registered Nurse and in a variety of Social Care settings, including working with children in the care of Social Services, homeless people, younger physically disabled adults and elderly care. Karen is committed to providing the very best person-centred care to clients, ensuring that they live life to the full and is delighted to be working for a company which shares the same values. When not at work Karen can often be found battling weeds on her allotment.
Dominic is a highly experienced and dedicated chef, committed to delivering high-quality and nutritious meals that enhance the well-being of residents.
He has over 25 years of experience working as a chef in various venues and prestigious events, such as Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and Twickenham.
He has recently started working in the care industry and really enjoys cooking for the residents and listening to their feedback, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met with every meal.
In his leisure time, he enjoys reading (cookery books), cycling, and 5 a side football.
Susie has worked in care for 13 years, supporting children, young adults, and the elderly across various settings, including care homes, domiciliary care, hospitals, and emergency services.
At home, she has an 18 years old and two energetic puppies, aged 3 and 7. A sociable person by nature, her favorite pastimes include traveling and spending quality time with her family.
Stephanie has worked in housekeeping for 18 years, with the last five spent in a care environment. Deeply passionate about providing high-quality care to our elderly residents, ensuring their living spaces are always maintained to the highest standards.

Mark has worked as a maintenance gardener in the care industry for just over four years. During this time, he has gained extensive experience in the day-to-day operations of luxury care homes.
He finds his role highly rewarding, as it allows him to help residents feel safe in their new home and assists them in personalising their rooms by hanging pictures and decorations.
He trained as a gardener at Sparsholt College in 2020, and see’s potential in the beautiful, expansive grounds here at Rownhams Manor.
