From the first contact with Treasa through move in, everyone has been a pleasure to work with-friendly, accomodating, and very helpful.
Everything is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We had visited a few other homes before we selected Rownhams. Some were nice and some were not so nice, but none offered everything that Rownhams does for what we feel is a reasonable price.
I'm so glad that we found such a wonderful place for Mum.

Mum is very well cared for by lovely staff who obviously really understand her needs. This includes having a joke with her to suit her sense of humour! She enjoys the company of the residents and is no longer lonely. There is always some activity going on- last week she enjoyed cuddling the baby guinea pigs who came to visit.
I visit her now as her daughter rather than her carer and really enjoy my time with her rather than worrying about how we will both cope. I can't speak highly enough about this care home, which welcomes me each time as part of their extended family.
