At Esmere Gardens Nursing Home in Moreton-in-Marsh, all-inclusive care means families know where they stand from the very beginning.

This includes freshly prepared meals, meaningful daily activities, hairdressing, chiropody, transport to appointments, personalised care planning, clinical oversight, 24-hour nursing care, dementia care support and warm, attentive hospitality.
It means your loved one is not simply cared for. They are known, noticed and supported by a team who understands their routines, preferences and changing needs.

This is an excellent Care Home. The staff are a delight and are caring at all times. They all muck in and do whatever is necessary. There is such a good spirit at Esmere. My husband as he was dying received wonderful medical care as well as loving care. I cannot thank them enough
The staff are excellent in every department. Communication is great, I always feel that I am fully up to date with Dad's health, happiness and care needs. As a family, we are always warmly welcomed and feel that we can visit whenever we like. Dad isn't a 'joiner in', but if he was there are lots of activities and trips that he could be enjoying!! An excellent team and lovely setting.
I have been at Esmere Gardens for a week's respite care and have had a wonderful, relaxing week. Thank you so much. Delicious food. Your standard of care and kindness by your excellent staff and nurses have been just what I wanted and I will definitely come again.
Thank you for your glowing reviews and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I will be sure to pass your kind words on to our team.
Esmere Gardens admitted my husband at short notice when he suffered a loss of mobility following an infection. He received a very warm welcome from confident and capable staff who helped him to settle at what was a difficult time. The task of trying to regain mobility has been challenging but physiotherapy, nursing staff and carers have all played their part in helping and motivating him. He is treated with unfailing courtesy and attention to his personal well-being. He is helped to join in the excellent daily programme of activities with other residents, when he can, and enjoys the communal dining experience. The food is varied, well-prepared and presented; there is ample choice and individual needs are catered for. I particularly value the presence of 24-hour nursing care, the unobtrusive monitoring of my husband's health and the access to medical advice when needed.
Our nursing, care, and physiotherapy teams are so proud of your husband's hard work and motivation to regain his mobility. We...
I would like to thank Esmere Gardens for being able to take my Father as an emergency admission after a fall and being discharged very quickly and at short notice from hospital. The care my Father received from Esmere Gardens staff was first class. He spent 10 days resting and recouping with all his needs attended to including the many daily dressing changes. He enjoyed his stay at Esmere and described it as like being in a hotel. For myself and my family we knew he was in safe hands which was a huge relief. I would have no hesitation in recommending Esmere Gardens.
Thank you for sharing this lovely feedback. We're so pleased we could support your father at short notice after his fall and discharge, and that he felt comfortable-"like a hotel" will make our care and hospitality teams beam. I'll pass your thanks to the nurses, knowing he was safe and you had peace of mind means a great deal to us. Wishing him a smooth recovery
I booked myself into Esmere Gardens on 7th February 2025 until 14th February 2025. I am an 87 year old lady and on 7th Feb had mastectomy which is a major surgery for me. My experience at Esmere Gardens was wonderful. Everyone was so understanding and friendly, made me feel confident. They couldn't do enough for me. The food was excellent and they brought it to my room because I had a drainage in and couldn't go to the dining room. They always brought my food in with a smile and a greeting. The carers took my blood pressure and temperature every day. My water was changed everyday as well as my towels. I highly recommend anyone who needs rest or a lovely place to live to go to Esmere Gardens.
Thank you so much for your heartfelt review. We are truly honoured that you chose Esmere Gardens to support you during such a significant time in your life, especially following major surgery.Your kind words about our team mean the world to us. It's wonderful to hear that you felt cared for,...
The room was like a 5 star hotel, my friend and any guests were made to feel very welcome when we visited, her family were invited to visit any time and to be included in any activities, we especially liked the birds of prey recently.
Having worked in care homes before, Esmere Gardens does not have the look or feel of a care home there are no buzzers or bells going off, no staff members racing around seeing to residents. It's all very calm and clean and I take my hat off to every member of staff that work hard to keep it the very best! I'd like to say a special thank you to one special lady who despite her own sadness helped us through ours. Thank you all!

My father stayed at Esmere Gardens for two months respite care following an operation. From our initial enquiry through every aspect of his care our experience has been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and each staff member's concern for my father's comfort and welfare has been exceptional. All his medical needs were taken care of by the very professional and caring nursing staff and we were always kept updated. The home is beautifully furnished and extremely clean with a very homely feel to it. His own room was very well appointed and comfortable, the meals delicious and the variety of activities outstanding. The all inclusive charging structure is very reassuring. We can't thank the staff enough for making my father's stay such a good experience for us all. They even gave him a birthday party when he celebrated a milestone birthday.

Lovely care home instantly made my dad and I feel welcome, great at getting him to settle and comforting him as I struggled when he first went in there with guilt. Communication via phone and email is good and know I can ring at any time with any questions etc and lots of nice events to involve all members of the family.

The staff were all extremely caring and kind. They went "the extra mile" to make sure my husband was happy, comfortable and confident. The nursing care was excellent and drugs were safely administered at the correct times. This was respite care and I would not hesitate to bring him to the Esmere Gardens again.

Staff are, without exception, kind, friendly and caring. They have all got to know my mother and her habits and preferences within a few weeks. Issues or concerns are dealt with proactively and communication with relatives is excellent.

The time and effort that the whole team took to get to know Mum and help her settle in are a testament to their friendly and proactive approach where nothing is too much trouble. It looks like a first class hotel but feels like home.

My parents-in-law have settled in well into the home and seem happy here. The care that they receive is excellent, the staff are very approachable and kind. The food is very good as is the housekeeping staff. The staff are very concerned that all their needs are met and that their lives are made as comfortable as possible.
My son and I come to visit a friend regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Our friend is well cared for. He has the offer of lots of activities both in the home and outside. The accommodation is lovely and finished to a high spec. Just waiting for the garden to truly develop as it is a new building. The only part of the catering we have experienced is the cake and there has always been a wide variety of choices and they're all delicious! I would certainly consider Esmere Gardens for my relatives when the time comes.

Since my mother moved into this care home I have seen a major change in her overall appearance and well-being. This is due to the care and tenderness of the staff looking after her. The staff have also kept me up to date with all that is happening to her, so nothing comes as a shock as I am always kept in the loop. I could not ask for anything better.
