My in-laws moved into Cayton View a few weeks ago, and we could not be happier. The home is light and airy and clean, with a lovely welcoming and relaxing feel. We like the fact that there are different seating areas to choose between, and the food so far has been very good. The staff are amazing, and have gone out of their way to make them feel welcome and settled. A huge thank you to the whole team.

Both my parents were welcomed into Cayton View and were made to feel at home, whilst it was difficult for them at first the beautiful accommodation and fantastically caring staff made the transistion from their previous house easier. The carers have all maximised my parents independence and accommodated their whims. The home itself is spotlessly clean and well laid out. Daily entertainment is well planned and appreciated. The food is excellent. All in all we are very pleased and feel that they are in a safe place and what's more, so do they.

I was dreading when my mum eventually had to go into a care home because you never heard good reports. But I can safely say this is a wonderful home. All the staff are so caring, professional and great at what they do. Each resident is treated with the utmost love and care and everyone is so genuine.

Mum first visited Cayton View in Sept 2025. She decided she wanted to move in, so we put her bungalow up for sale. Everything went smoothly. We visited several times, and the staff have been wonderful. Mum moved in permanently on Jan 5th 2026. She loves it. She loves the food and the staff, and her room is beautiful. We stayed for lunch, and the food was excellent. The only downside is that she doesn't have a phone in her room, but staff are happy for people to ring the main phone, and they will bring it to her.

We couldn't be more grateful for the outstanding care Mum is receiving at Cayton View Care Home. From the moment she moved in we knew we had made the right decision. The entire team are warm, compassionate and incredibly professional. They treat mum with the utmost dignity and respect and its clear they truly care about the well being of every resident. The atmosphere at Cayton View is calm, welcoming & full of kindness. Special thanks to Leah and Jo who have made moving in very smooth and easy. Not to forget the excellent quality of food provided by Garvey and his team.

From my initial phone enquiry regarding respite/rehab for my mum, the whole experience has been outstanding. Mum was warmly welcomed into a homely/friendly environment and all the staff are so helpful. Mum's room is beautiful, as is everywhere in Cayton View. Mum has lost her appetite so hasn't fully benefitted from the meals on offer. I can personally say all the baking is delicious! I might book in myself!

I just want to say this home is beautiful. Every staff member was so polite and always there to answer any questions. Everyone is very professional. Leah the manager is very kind and warm hearted and very welcoming. When sitting in the lounge area you could see how much the staff and residents love been around Leah. It's such a homely feeling in the home and always treated with so much love and respect. Tina is a lovely lady very kind and caring always there when needed. Very kind and professional with staff and residents while making it feel like a warm and homely atmosphere.

The first day we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautiful home. The staff and management greeted us with open arms and made us welcome from the outset. As a family, we have peace of mind for our Dad knowing he has the 24-hour care he deserves. The staff we find are very supportive, and nothing is too much trouble. The management are there for our needs. Also, keeping us up to date with family meetings. 5* treatment all the way. Keep up the good work. I've already told friends of loved ones who are thinking of a home for their loved ones!

The staff are so cheerful and welcoming. Cayton View has a warmth that that is so inviting, it's more like a lovely hotel for seniors. Nothing is too much trouble.

The manager has an open door policy - Her office looks out on to foyer, which means easy access, she has a natural warmth and ability to encourage, without coming across as pushy. All the staff are truly wonderful and full of empathy and compassion.

Rooms cleaned to hotel standard every day.

My mum recently moved into Cayton View Care Home which felt like a huge change for all concerned but mostly for mum. However, from the early stages of organising mum's finances to mum moving in, I have felt fully supported on all levels. Now mum is living in C.V, I feel she is safe, well cared for and most of all happy in her new home. The staff are attentive to all her needs and show her great kindness. They are always welcoming to me too and are more than happy to answer any questions. Fantastic facilities too!
