Following a successful 15-year career in fund management, Tobyn moved into the care sector in 2020 to follow his passion for enhancing the lives of elderly people. He co-founded luxury care home provider Elmfield Care and commissioned two homes in Wiltshire. He then started Cromwell Care in 2022, a luxury care home provider that opened The Mayfield Care Home in Whitby in March 2023. The Mayfield has won numerous awards since it opened and quickly developed a reputation in the area for providing the highest quality care and a fantastic lifestyle in luxury surroundings. Following the success of The Mayfield, Cromwell Care is now opening Cayton View, near Scarborough, in October 2024. Tobyn is passionate about building a talented, compassionate team to look after Cayton View's residents.
