Hi there! I am Krzysztof, and I am the General Manager at Rose Water Place.

I have been dedicated to providing compassionate care for over a decade. My journey in care began in 2012 as a Care Assistant, where I quickly developed a passion for making a positive impact on residents' lives.

I have previously worked as a Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader and Deputy Manager. In these roles, I focused on ensuring smooth operations, supporting care staff, and creating a safe, supportive environment for residents, especially those with dementia.

Now, I am excited to start a new chapter in my career as the General Manager at Rose Water Place. In this role, I look forward to continuing my commitment to high-quality care and effective team management.

What drives me is a genuine desire to improve the lives of those I care for. I strive to foster a warm and positive atmosphere for both residents and staff, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

Hi. My name is Hayley, and I am the Administrator at Rose Water Place.

I have accumulated many years of administration and finance experience in various roles and sectors.

As the Home Administrator, I coordinate and facilitate all administration within the home for residents and staff, from contracts and recruitment to finance and procurement.

I am here to help potential residents and families navigate their way around fees and funding and assist all in any way I can.    

Hi, my name is Georgia and I am the Activities Coordinator here at Rose Water Place.

I have done various roles in the care industry from being a carer, to activities, to administrator. I have enjoyed every role but I feel activities are my calling. I love making our residents smile and enjoy spending time with them and listening to every life story and ambition.

During COVID-19, I won a regional and national award for activities and had the opportunity to have afternoon tea in the House of Lords.

My name is Suraj and I am the Head Chef at Rose Water Place.

I have always had a passion for cooking and creating new recipes. I studied hotel management in London and have worked in restaurants in Mayfair and Chelsea. I have previously completed Barchester's chef academy which helped me to further develop my skills.  

I love sports and spending time with my family.

Hi, my name is Lorraine and I am the Administration Assistant at Rose Water Place.

I have several years of experience as an Administration Assistant and was a carer in the community for 4 years. I got into the care sector after losing my partner and decided that I wanted to assist and support people. I thoroughly enjoyed being a carer but after an injury, I decided to return to an admin role. I still wanted the opportunity to be able to help others, just from a different perspective. It’s nice to know you can make a difference to someone’s life even if it is just to lend an ear.

Hi, I’m Robert and I am the Head of Maintenance here at Rose Water Place.

I have been with Rose Water Place since spring 2024. Before this, I worked in the general building sector for 36 years.

Working at Rose Water Place has been an interesting direction change, from carrying out basic routine maintenance to ensuring the building is kept fully functioning at all times to provide a safe and warm home for the residents.

My name is Neave, and I am the Head of Housekeeping at Rose Water Place.

When I first joined Rose Water Place, I worked as a hostess and housekeeping assistant.

I have worked in hospitality for 2 years, and I am passionate about giving everyone I serve the best service.

I love being able to sit with the residents, hear about their stories and build a relationship with them.

I am also studying Psychology at the university. In my spare time, I like to crochet.

My name is Gladys Dzowa and I am a Senior carer here at Rose Water Place.

Before becoming a Senior Carer I worked as a care assistant. I have managed to thrive and grow within Barchester. I am a self-driven individual who works to exceed expectations. I have worked in end-of-life care, helping residents in palliative care be as comfortable as possible in their last days of life.

I am looking forward to providing the best quality of care and also meeting the individual's needs by giving person-centred care.

My name is Loveness and I am a Senior Care Assistant at Rose Water Place.

I am driven and energetic with strong interpersonal skills. I have experience with accurate reporting and effective communication skills. I have a wealth of experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to respond to the needs of vulnerable people. I am eager to contribute to team success through hard work attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. I am motivated to learn, grow and excel in the field of care and providing excellent support services.

My name is Remee and I am a Care Assistant at Rose Water Place.

I have previously looked after children in a nursery but caring for the elderly and vulnerable has always been something that I have been interested in and I am passionate about health and social care.

I am good with people and have a friendly approach and caring attitude which is important when looking after our residents and will help me progress further in my career.

My name is Tendai and I am a care assistant at Rose Water Place.

I am a free-spirited individual, embraces the joys of motherhood.  I delight in various activities, including travelling, reading devotional books and constantly elevating myself to become a better version.

I have completed my diploma in nursing at Oasis Medical College, Bharatpur in Nepal.  I have 4 years of experience in ICU. I am a friendly, cheerful person and passionate about helping people in their time of need. I truly love caring, helping and interacting with the residents which gives me great satisfaction.

My first role at Rose Water Place was Kitchen assistant but have since been promoted.

I have 9 years of catering experience and 2 years of working in care.

Hi, my name is Karen, the Home Services Advisor here at Rose Water Place.

I have 36 years of experience in healthcare, and I bring a deep understanding of patient care. My career has ranged from Managing Private Healthcare Clinics and Optical Practices, where I developed strong team leadership and organisational skills, to working as a Sales Manager in cataract surgery, supporting patients through important life-changing decisions with clarity and compassion.

Having personally supported my grandparents, I gained a profound appreciation for the importance of making informed and thoughtful decisions for loved ones. This experience has inspired me to pursue a new and rewarding career where I can truly make a difference to families, offering guidance, reassurance, and support when it matters most.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, along with paddleboarding and walking.

My name is Nicol, and I am the Deputy Manager at Rose Water Place Care Home. I joined Barchester in 2018 as a Care Assistant with no previous experience in health and social care. Through Barchester’s commitment to training and professional development, I progressed to Care Practitioner, then Unit Manager, and now Deputy Manager.

Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in residential, dementia, and nursing care, supported by professional qualifications and ongoing learning. This has enabled me to develop strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.

I am passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of residents and ensuring they receive the highest standards of care, dignity, and respect. Supporting residents to live fulfilling lives and creating a warm, welcoming environment for them and their families is at the heart of everything I do.

My name is Clare. I am one of the Senior Carers at Rosewater Place Care Home.

I have worked in Social Care for over 27 years in various roles, initially starting out as a Carer and then progressing on to Team Leader, and now my Role as Senior Carer.

I have always had a passion for caring for people, be that in my job or home life. I am passionate about providing person-centred care and Dignity to the individuals that I care for.
In my spare time I enjoy knitting, cross stitch and spending time with family.
