A new home and sparkling. Impressive entrance and friendly reception. Relaxed atmosphere and you feel at home! Communal areas functional and well equipped; even air conditioning in key rooms which were essential this hot summer.
Is there a better care home locally? I haven't located it yet!

Overall Experience

My mother moved into this beautiful new care home last week, and we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome. The staff have gone above and beyond to help her settle in and feel at home from day one.

They took great care to understand every aspect of her hospital discharge notes and revised medication regime, liaising with her GP to obtain any additional information needed. This attention to detail gave us great confidence that her care would be safe, personalised and well coordinated.

The catering is excellent, with a delicious three-course lunch each day. Residents can dine in the lovely restaurant or enjoy meals in the comfort of their own rooms if they prefer.

The ground-floor rooms each have their own private patio with outdoor furniture , providing a peaceful place to sit outside. There are also beautifully landscaped gardens.

There is a wonderful atmosphere with an impressive programme of daily activities, talks and outings.
