I am incredibly excited to be opening such a beautiful home with a wonderful team and thoroughly look forward to welcoming our residents.


I have over 35 years of experience in the care sector. I have been privileged to grow in my career to become a Registered Manager, a position I have held for the past eight years. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to professional development and high-quality care.


I am passionate about building strong, supportive teams and believe that outstanding care is achieved through collaboration, clear communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. My goal is to create a positive, thriving environment where both residents and staff feel valued and supported. I look forward to working closely with my Deputy Manager, Mario and the rest of our team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care each day.


Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, gardening, and cooking—all of which help me maintain balance and well-being.

I have over 20 years of experience working in the care sector, and around 7 years of this have been in managerial roles. Hello, my name is Jayne, and I am the Administrator here at Weystone Manor.


My previous working background has been in payroll and finance, where I have worked mainly in office-based roles. I am really looking forward to this new position as it combines administrative work, together with front-of-house involvement with residents and their families, where I know I can really make a positive impact in our home.


I am a proud mum of three grown-up children, Genevieve (31), Byron (30), and Ewan (20) — and happily married to Karl. Outside of work, I’m passionate about keeping active, usually exercising three to four times a week. I also love travelling, reading, and enjoying good food, whether that’s discovering new places to eat or cooking up something at home.


I am delighted to be working in such a beautiful home with a great team and look forward to meeting our residents and their loved ones as our family here grows.

Hello, my name is Judit, and I am the Admin Assistant here at Weystone Manor.


I’m pleased to have joined the Barchester team as an Administrative Assistant. Over the past eight years, I worked within the care industry. During this time, I gained valuable experience working closely with residents, their families, and colleagues, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home.


Earlier in my career, I also worked in a law firm in an administrative role, where I developed strong organisational and office skills. I’m very happy to now bring this experience to my role here at Weystone Manor.
